The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina, cobbled streets and newly refurbished square, and the well known 'Strip' with its many shops, restaurants, bars, bull ring and vibrant night-life.

About Anne Neeeson

We are from County Tyrone in N. Ireland. We first came to Portugal over 25 years ago and fell in love with this beautiful sunny part of the world. We like to spend as much time as possible here enjoying the lifestyle and playing golf.

We have put a lot of thought and effort into making these apartments very comfortable for the enjoyment of our guests - a 'home from home in the sunshine' (whatever the season). We hope you agree!

Couldn't have been better!

Everything about our holiday went pleasantly smoothly! From our initial booking with Anne, to being greeted at arrivals by a friendly Andy, greeted again at the complex by a very friendly and helpful Kevin Boggs and being picked up promptly by Billy (also very friendly!) to be taken back to the airport (we opted for the additional transfers). The apartment itself was above our expectations, clean, well-maintaned and with everything you could ever need - and more - for a self-catered holiday (including nice, clean linen and towels)! We utilised the safe even though we probably didn't need to - the complex itself is gated and secure. We enjoyed air-conditioning in both rooms (we're 4 girls in our mid-late twenties, so 2 of us slept in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed - which can be 2 single beds as opposed to a double). Because of the location of the room there's no pool view (not needed!), however it does get all of the afternoon and evening sun, and being on the second floor it has amazing sea views. The pool area was also better than expected - always very clean and always free sun beds (though we did go before the school holidays)! We much preferred the pool area to the beach because of how clean and quiet it was (though the beach is just a short walk away). Although the strip is close by, we enjoyed the stroll up the beach (which is almost entirely covered by a boardwalk) to the old town on most evenings, where we found a few lovely restaurants. One day we also went to Slide & Splash Water Park which you can book online up until the night before and select your pick up location ('Três Palmeiras Restaurant' is the closest) which is a short walk away (Take a left at the T junction just past Spar, then walk down the road until you get to the first roundabout) which we'd highly recommend! Very happy, would definitely recommend and return.

fantastic appartment

From booking appartment with Anne everything was so straight forward .On arrival we were met by representative Kevin ,who was so helpful ,nothing was to much trouble.Appartment was stunning ,Fantastic views ,everything you could need was in appartment ,excellent place to stay ,we will definitely return Excellent place to eat just outside entrance Chilli Pepper fantastic breakfast.Thank you Anne and Gerry we had a great holiday xx

Marvellous apartment with stunning view

Owner Anne made booking so easy and was very accommodating. Apartment was perfect and included everything for a very enjoyable holiday. Especially enjoyed the spectacular sunset from the balcony. Would certainly return in the future.

Absolutely lovely apartment – modern, clean, very homely with everything you would need. Lovely balcony with beautiful sea views and a lovely large swimming pool. The apartment is set in a very peaceful location but a very easy walk to the strip and a lovely walk to the old town along the beach. Also felt very secure with the main locked gate. I went to this apartment with two of my friends (all in our 40s) and I would definitely go back to this apartment with both my family and friends - very highly recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

With over 3,000 hours of sunshine you can enjoy the many glorious long sandy beaches in Albufeira. These golden shores with dramatic cliffs and rock formations make this area a wonderful destination both in summer and winter.

Some of best and most beautiful beaches in the entire world are to be found here, many have been awarded prestigious Blue Flags for their cleanliness.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest airport approx 35m away / 30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport.

Airport pick ups can be arranged, if requested. €70 2-4 persons €90 5-8 persons

Taxis are also available at the airport.

As the apartment is centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further,car hire is available at very reasonable rates.

The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.
