About Karen Turner

For many years we holidayed in France before we decided to settle here in 2003.

As a family we knew what we wanted when we rented a property.... a private pool, a quality property with all amenities, set in stunning countryside... so this is what we have set out to archive for our guests. From all the many clients' comments we have had and the reaction to the property on arrival we feel we have archived our goal.

Now our sons have left home, Karen my wife and i live on the farm and are here to help you with any inquiries and questions about were to go and what to do. We have tried most of the restaurants, bistro's and attractions in the region just to give our guests an insight into the best and worst!

We respect your privacy, but if and when you need advice we are here.

Karen Turner purchased this farmhouse in 2000

Why Karen Turner chose Fontaine-Chalendray

We settled for this area, after touring much of France because of the natural beauty of the region, from the long sandy beaches at La Rochelle to the west, to fine Cognac houses to the south, Futurescope and many lovely towns to the north and the chateaux to the east.

What makes this farmhouse unique

we do not live where there are streetlights so the stars really shine.

we have made sure that you have everything you could need to enjoy your holiday

Guestbook comments from the owner
