Our Victorian town house is located in the heart of Cromer and was converted into three holiday flats as well as a two bedroom cottage with a great outside space in the form of Private decked patio.
The Cottage has a wonderful first floor balcony, perfect place to sit and have a romantic drink at the end of the day.
All our accommodation features Free WiFi. The cottage has rooftop views to the sea and church tower; all properties are just 100 yards from Cromer's award winning blue flag beach and traditional pier.
Literally 2 minutes walk to the town center.

Deposit of £50 required with booking (cheque or PayPal). Balance within six weeks prior to arrival. Please reserve by email, booking form will be sent by email - We prefer email as this reduces our costs and speeds up the processing. Email us to confirm availability of our accommodation.
We prefer a Saturday change over during the summer months and school holidays, otherwise we are flexible with change over days. low season, midweek breaks are welcomed and receive a discount.
Notes on prices:
Bookings of more than seven days will qualify for a reduction.
We are not V.A.T Registered, we will not add any hidden charges to the price quoted.
The prices quoted are all inclusive of Gas/Electricity/WiFi.
