Villa Hollywood is, a beautifully appointed air conditioned holiday villa designed to ensure maximum privacy, comfort and tranquility. Designed in a modern contemporary style, and well equipped/furnished to a very high standard and offers you all mod cons! Wi-Fi, TV, Hi-fi system. It benefits from a large swimming pool, cleverly designed for the swimmer, young children & elderly. There is also the use of an outdoor shower, BBQ, & Kirsch.

Villa Hollywood is conveniently located only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan. It is set in a peaceful environment with uninterrupted views towards the open countryside and mountains. It is also only a short walk away from the Dalyan river side, you can spot the logger headed turtle.

Dalyan is best known for its lush greenery, the winding river and a beach which is not just a natural wonder but also won The Times Best Open Space Award in 2008. Over 6 km of golden sands with access by bus, car & boat there are cafeterias at either end for refreshments but plenty of empty space amongst the dunes to escape too. Iztuzu Beach is the nesting place for the Logger Head Turtle in September. There is now a Turtle Sanctuary at the beach, well worth a visit!

Half term in Dalyan

Lovely house, very spacious with the best pool we have had in a rental house. On the outskirts of the town but a flat walk and only 15 mins. Taxis are cheap in any event. Love Dalyan in October, not touristy and everyone so helpful and friendly. Host very helpful and quick to respond

A lovely Villa

A lovely Villa. On the outskirts of Dalyan about a 20min walk to the centre. Nice & spacious downstairs with 3 x good sized bedrooms upstairs. Wonderful pool, management company attentive, & the owner Julie helpful. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa

We have been coming to dalyan for past 10 years and have stayed at many villas . This was the best one so far , modern , very well equipped , clean and lovely pool . Quiet location and easy walk into town. Communication with owner and Arif who manages it was excellant. Would definitely come back again

Lovely Villa, Peaceful Location

Good size villa in lovely clean condition. Fantastic pool. Good communication with owner when booking and Arif answers any queries quickly during stay. I would highly recommend Villa Hollywood and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay in the villa during the last two weeks of August. The selling point is definitely the pool and spacious outdoor surroundings. Villa is very well equipped and only 15 min walk to town centre. Julie has been really helpful with providing all the information prior to our stay. Arif who looks after the villa in Dalyan was extremely helpful. We would definitely love to go back next year!

We are an English family who live in the North West of England. We live by the sea and beach in an area called West Kirby.

My husband works in the Textiles industry and we have 3 daughters, who enjoy going to Dalyan,Turkey for their holidays. They have formed many local friendships in town over the years.

We have two Pomeranian doggies . They are adorable, and wish they could enjoy Dalyan with us too!

Why they chose this property

We visited Dalyan, Turkey in Summer 2007, and fell in love with the area. (It is our little paradise)!!

Before the end of our holiday we were looking at plots of land. A year later we came back found the perfect plot of land and had a villa built. We worked very closely with the Architect in order to obtain the perfect design, look and layout of our villa. (In the mean time we looked at surrounding areas, but still came back and loved Dalyan.

Every time we go to Dalyan, it feels very much home from home, and we have many local friends.

Dalyan is a very safe place for children to be independant and explore. There are Turtles swimming in the River Delta, and Dalyan is also a conservation area. Very green like England and you have a lovely back drop of mountains.

What makes this property unique

There are 5 bikes, freely available to go off and use. Venture into town which is a 5 minute bike ride or a 10 minute scenic walk. Use of car not essential.

Plenty of boat trips/cruises available to book at the Harbour in the centre of Dalyan.

Take the dolmus or Boat to the Beach. 20 minute trip down the River Delta. Gorgeous Scenary.

Nice bars, restaurants in town with a good market on a Saturday. Dalyan is a safe place, perfect for family life. There is also a nice park/play area in the centre of town by the Chi Garden (cafe).

Dalyan is a cultured area that offers something a bit different.

This destination offers something for everyone, you can either have a relaxing beach holiday, or an adventure
Jeep Safari, White Water Rafting, Mountain Biking, Treking. Koycegiz Lake. Iztuzu Beach. Haman or Mud Baths are certainly worth a visit!
