The townhouse has a pleasant and relaxing private patio with BBQ and a covered dining area. Have 4 comfortable bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has a decoration completely modern, with all the amenities and a very nice view to the exterior patio. The living room has satellite TV, a fireplace, and heated floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A few minutes’ walk will take you to Falesia beach, an endless and peaceful beach in Vilamoura. It is located in center of the city, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the casino and disco club. Surrounded by Golf courses, just a few minutes’ drive away. It is the perfect holiday home.

Disappointing communication post holiday

This is a really lovely property and location is perfect - just a few minutes away from the marina. We had no complaints at all and we had a lovely stay, even though it rained the whole 3 days we were there - which is very unusual! HOWEVER, 8 weeks later we are STILL waiting for the return of our security deposit!!! I am really disappointed about this as communication was great before we travelled and Teresa met us at the property to show us around when we arrived - she was very helpful. After we left, she checked the house, confirmed everything was ok and promised that our security deposit would be returned by the owner within a few weeks. Since then I have contacted her a few times by email and text but have had no response.I am hoping that the owner must be on holiday or that there is a valid reason for the delay in refund but 8 weeks is stretching it! A real shame as otherwise, I would definitely have recommended the house to friends and family and we had been talking about going back again ourselves at some stage!

Activity and Interests


The property is set in a privileged area, where everything is at a distance of a short walk away. Namely the endless beaches, as the calm and peaceful Falesia, known by the temperature of its waters, the radiant sun, and by the aquatic amusement it provides. Inside the Marina, you may still have access to fabulous cruises, which will give you the opportunity to find a coastal landscape with a beauty impossible to describe in words.


The townhouse is just a 20 min drive from Faro International Airport.


It is in the center of Vilamoura and everything is within a walking distance.
