Stunning 3-bedroom townhouse on Costa Esuri , impressive views over golf course and Portugal. Spacious sun trap roof terrace. Shared pool area, close to beaches and golf of Spain and Portugal. We first visited the area eight years ago & have been going back ever since. For us it ticks all the boxes & so far everyone who has stayed there has agreed - this area known as the little "Spanish Algarve" is a wondeful secret that we would like to share with you.

About the Owner

We first visited the area of Ayamonte some eight years ago & absolutely fell in love with it. Having visited numerous other places first we settled on here because the area still retains local charm having not been over commercialised & have found the locals to be extremely friendly & helpful. Most importantly having taken numerous friends & family out there over the years there is something for everyone ranging from Golf, Beach, Water Parks, Wildlife & Nature Reserve, plus lovely restaurants & local culture. We really hope that you get as much enjoyment from from your time out there as we do when we go back out which we do regularly. If you're not sure of something or need any help whatsoever then don't be shy to contact me.

We have not had a single negative comment / feedback or issue from any of our guests . Maybe this is because as we actually own the property so we take a lot of pride in it because we use it frequently ourselves . We also go out of our way to try & assist you with anything from travel arrangements through to car hire or recommendations on where to eat & go based on our own experiences . We also use a proffesional English company out there to upkeep our home so that can make life easier for some of our guests.

Special interest holidays:

Ayamonte and the surrounding area is an area of natural beauty and protected birds live in and around the Costa Esuri development.


Costa de La Luz has excellent wide white sandy beaches all along the coastline and these continue over in the Algarve in Portugal which is a 5 minute drive from the house. Isla Canela (10 min drive) is the nearest beach, with water sports, kite surfing and windsurfing, and miles of beautiful sand.

There are also 2 Water Parks in striking distance .


Fly Faro-then a 60km (40 min drive) from airport via the IP1 motorway that links Spain and Portugal. Fly to Seville-then a 125km (90 mins drive) motorway drive from airport. Budget airlines fly from both airports. Car hire available from airports and full driving instructions will be sent to you on confirmation of booking.


2km to the highway on the Spanish border.

3km to Ayamonte, Costa de la Luz, Spain.

3km to Portugal, Algarve.

45km to Faro Airport, Portugal.

150km to Sevilla Airport, Spain.

Further Details:

Costa Esuri has many onsite amenities including restaurants, shops, bars. The unspoilt and beautiful fishing town of Ayamonte is 5 minutes drive with shops, bars, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping centres and banks. Many of Ayamontes streets are pedestrianised and you can sit and watch the world go by in it's many traditional tiled and tree-lined plazas. Take a ferry to Portugal from the harbour or one of the many scenic river cruises.

There are water parks just outside El Rompido (Spain) and a fantastic one near Faro (Portugal). For older children there are sea and river trips from Isla Canela and El Rompido where they might see whales or dolphins.

Booking Notes:
Deposit of 20% is required, balance paid in full 8 weeks before departure together with a refundable deposit of £300 for breakages which will be returned with 14 days, once the property has been checked for any damage/breakages.
Normal change over day is Saturday but can be flexible subject to availability.

  • Notes on accommodation: There may be an additional charge for use of the high chair/ cot. Please enquire to check availability and costs. Outside: The property is set at the front on a slightly elevated plot to provide wondeful clear views . There is ample parking to the front & access to a pool shared by with the nieghbouring properties so it is invariably nice & quiet . There is a nice private courtyard garden area at the back with a loveley covered part aswell so you can go out if you want sun , shade or to eat . At the toop of the property is a private Sun Trap Roof Terrace which takes full advantage of the magnificent views on offer & cries out for you to enjoy a nice cold drink to savour the moment. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be provided with clean towels and linen, further changes can be requested so please do not be shy in contacting me.
