Villa in Sa Rapita, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Peaceful location. Close to the beach

Located near the coastal village of Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. A peaceful laid back way of life, only minutes from the seafront restaurants, supermarkets and bakery. The marina with excellent restaurant is also within walking distance. If you just want to take it easy we have a BBQ sunbeds and plenty of shade to relax and chill in this unspoilt corner of Mallorca which has remained unchanged for many years. One of the best known fish restaurants is a short stroll. The beach without doubt is the best on the island and is 3000m long. Although you can hire beds and parasols this is a nature reserve and is relatively untouched. 20 minutes from Palma and 10 minutes drive from Son Antem golf club. Ideal for people who just want quiet village life and to enjoy a much slower pace. If sophisticated nightlife if for you then this is not the location. Hire a car and you can explore the delightful countryside. Car hire Essential.

This really is a home from home and is far more equipped than the normal holiday home. Books Dvds and childrens toys are all there for you to use and enjoy.

Beautiful villa highly recommend

Beautiful villa, it's like home from home. Spotless clean, with everything you require.

Michelle handover note was fantastic, from directions from the airport to local beaches/restaurants.

5 min walk to dozen local restaurants and beach. Beach was rocky, great to snorkel, water beautiful clear.

5 minutes in the car was En Trench beach, white sands and crystal waters.

Many a day spent by the pool just chilling. Property manger came to maintain the pool. Very helpful with local info.

If you want a villa away from the hustle of tourists, close to all amenities this villa ticks all the boxes.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was, 2 villas down they where having some building work done, which was a little noisey at times. However as a well established area this would be a one off.

An excellent choice

This was the 4th time have rented this villa. It was, as always, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool were in excellent condition, they offer privacy and a good deal of space. The interior of the villa is comfortable and spacious. The newly installed shower and bathrooms worked perfectly. The villa is within a short walk to a small village which offers most amenities and stunning beaches are located a short drive/cycle away. The property managers took care of all of our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend the villa.

The perfect place to relax

We first booked the villa 10 years ago and have returned many times since. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Majorca this is the perfect place. Sa Rapita is relatively unknown to British tourists but offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It remains a very Spanish resort so you will rarely hear an English voice - which we love! If you are looking for Irish bars, English breakfasts and late night clubs this is not the place for you. Whilst you can walk to shops, restaurants and beach you will need a car. We always hire bikes and cycle to the beaches which the children love. The villa is clean, comfortable, homely and well equipped. The pool and gardens are vet private, well maintained and offer a great space for eating and relaxing. We look forward to returning next year.

This is a place to relax and get away from the normal British resort. A laid back way of life with the best beach on the island, a handful of restaurants. The countryside is stunning Sa Rapita is one of Mallorca's best kept secrets. The house has been painted inside and out in May 2016. Its very well looked after and is completely private.The gardens is laid to lawn with colorful Mediterranean plants and shrubs.

£300 deposit required at time of booking. Balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks before departure. We try to be flexible on arrival and deparure times but during busy times we reserve the right to ask for a check out by 10 in the morning and arrival time after 14.00.
We ask for a deposit of £500 which is payable with the balance and refundable on your return.

It is possible to walk to the beach although it should be noted that in the summer its better to drive which takes about 4 minutes. Car parking is available at a charge adjacent to the beach. Outside: South facing gardens which are private and surrounded by conifer trees. Patio surrounded by plants and shrubs, patio table chairs and parasol. Large Private swimming pool. Garden laid to lawn, adjoins the patio. 4 sunbeds. Hammock under the olive tree. Utility Room: Washing machine. Iron . Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning not included Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
