The apartment is situated right in the hub of all amenities restaurants golf, designer shops, lovely beaches, close to Palma and the airport.
A brilliant apartment, bright and airy, clean, fully equipped and the most perfect location. The marina is literally on your doorstep, (50m from the garden gate!) the abundance of restaurants and shops in the port are high end on the pricing scale but very good and well worth the money. The local beach is two mins walk away and has two great bar/restaurants for lunch, the beach itself being lovely, clean and not too crowded, the usual pedalos were there as well as paddle boards and flyboarding also avaiable.
Our party consisted of my wife and I along with four teenage children, here for two weeks! There was ample room within the apartment, and whilst on day one, we did have a couple of issues, the owners attended to these within the hour and in terms of customer care, were fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this appartment.
We will certainly return when next on Mallorca.
Just stayed at this lovely three bedroom apartment with on suite bathroom in a fantastic location, very clean bright with a spacious feel of the whole apartment, all you need to do is buy food as the apartment is fully equipped with every thing you need, even a hair dryer, great location on the marina with a lovely local beach and palma nova is a 10 minute walk away, the pool has just been refurbished and the gardens were very well kept, great location for family or couples, helpful owner highly recommended.

We came with our two adult sons and hardly saw them throughout our stay as there is plenty to do and see locally with excellent walking and cycling routes.
Stayed here with my wife and kids for a months break after xmas, and was pleased by the wealth of facilities. Supermarket is a 5 min walk away, the port has great shops and restaurants and a nearby sandy beach with washing facilities. Would definitely recommend for the price and are planning a break here over the summer.
NOT RECOMMENDED. We have just finished an 11 month rental of this property. Please be aware that the apartment only has air conditioning in dining area and 1 bedroom. Also the TV does not have BBC or ITV channels; and there is no dishwasher. The owner often walked into the apartment without our prior permission and on one occasion when we were in the apartment, just let herself in unannounced. We were overcharged almost 200 Euros for electricity and it wasn't until we challenged it and asked for copies of bills that the owner then had to reduce the original charge, although no apology or explanation was given as to why. Also the terms of our contract were not honoured at the end and we had 150 Euros for deep clean deducted from our deposit. The apartment had certainly not been deep cleaned when we arrived and this was not in our contract. The owner also still has part of our deposit which she has still failed to return to us for the overcharge of the last electricity bill.
