Harbours Reach is situated on the middle floor of the former Lobster Pot Hotel. This is a Luxury apartment finished to the highest standard. Direct 180 degree views over the harbour. The Lobster Pot apartments were re-designed by a local architect 4 years ago. Fitted in every aspect to the highest standard 5 star accommodation. Wooden oak floors and beamed ceilings. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and the local pub The Ship Inn. Mousehole is still a working harbour with many fishing boats moored.

The only thing I can say is FABULOUS 5 star accommodation with outstanding views over the harbour. Perfect holiday base.

be warned this apartment has wow factor!

super apartment with wow factor views, quality fittings through out.the property was very clean and well maintained, The owner was easy to deal with and gave us the information you need most(location map,how and when to move in and out, recommended restaurants etc.We found the food in the old coastguard hotel very good( with see views)book before you go,also forestreet restaurant super food, both within an easy walk, we would recommend the lobster pot to anybody, its that nice.

A gem

This review covers a holiday we had as a family in June 2014, we have used the apartment before and this review covers those stays equally.

The apartment is clean, well furnished and very comfortable, it's a well thought out design with the living room, dining room and kitchen all facing onto the harbour, the living room has wonderful views across the harbour and out to sea, these can be enjoyed from very comfortable seats set in the window bay, so you can watch the world go by on the quayside, the local fishermen coming in from hopefully a good days catch, or the bigger boats passing by St Micheals Mount.

The three bedrooms all have plenty of room and are well furnished, warm, comfortable and will leave you feeling well refreshed for the next day.

The cooking and dining area follows the same design pattern, well thought out and nicely finished, The rectangular table will seat a family in comfort for good long lunches and with easy to use quality equipment

to cook with, it makes providing those meals a pleasure.

The position of the apartment could'nt be bettered, walk out of the front door right onto the quayside with pub, shop and parking close by and the wonderful views from the windows overlooking the harbour.

I highly recommend harbours reach.
