Apartment in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Peaceful Location, 200 Yards from Beach, 10 Minute Stroll into Centre

This is a beautifully furnished, modern apartment that has been finished to a high standard. It provides a spacious open plan living and dining area downstairs, with a separate Italian design kitchen. Outside there is a private patio area, overlooking the communal pools where guests are provided with sun loungers and dining furniture. The lounge is equipped with a plasma TV, satellite and DVD. 3 good sized bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping facilities with an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and a family bathroom with shower and wc. The en-suite bathroom has a wonderful jacuzzi bath! With a separate utility room and downstairs wc this is a comfortable living space for up to 6 people.

About the Owner

I am a mother of 2 children (4 and 6 years) and 2 dogs (Boxer and French Bulldog) which, together with our business (my husband is a McDonald's Franchisee with 7 stores), I am kept fairly busy! I am responsible for the financial side of the business as well as looking after our rental properties, including these 2 in Puerto Pollensa. As is the case with our McDonald's restaurants, customer satisfaction is a priority to us. When you rent one of our properties, which we believe to be of a 5 star standard, we want to ensure you have a 5 star experience every time. We understand the importance of building repeat business and so we continually reinvest in our properties to maintain their high standards of finish and the amenities they offer. "This is a superb property that, if anything, is undersold in the advertisement. The situation could not be better: one block back from the seafront, with exceptionally easy access to the 2 swimming pools, ideal for supervising our 2 young children, and within easy walking distance of all of Puerto Pollenca’s fantastic restaurants. Notwithstanding that we went in the height of the season (August), there was always plenty of parking outside the property and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves (when we weren’t on the fabulous beach!). We have strongly recommended this property to our friends and family, but will not forward them the details until we have secured our second visit next year! Thoroughly recommended." Location is everything and this has it all, so close to the beach and town centre whilst enjoying the peace and security of a sought after residential area.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The property is 200 yards from beautiful, sandy beaches.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Palma which is a 40 minute drive or approximately 70 euros in a taxi. Whilst a car is not required due to the close proximity to the centre of Puerto Pollensa for those who like to explore Alcudia and old town Pollensa are just 6 miles away. The more daring may also enjoy driving up to the Cap de Formentor, providing a fantastic view of the sea and mountains.

Distances:

Alcudia and Pollensa are 6km away and a boat sales regularly to Formentor beach from the Marina.

Further Details:

The apartment is a 10 minute stroll to the bustling town centre which offers all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc. There is also a newly opened gymnasium which is available to guests for a small fee.

We love the layout and finish of the property itself which is of a very high standard. Our favourite restaurant, Tolo's is a 2 minute walk and we can stroll into the centre in 10 minutes along the lovely beach front.
