I am a mother of 2 children (4 and 6 years) and 2 dogs (Boxer and French Bulldog) which, together with our business (my husband is a McDonald's Franchisee with 7 stores), I am kept fairly busy! I am responsible for the financial side of the business as well as looking after our rental properties, including these 2 in Puerto Pollensa. As is the case with our McDonald's restaurants, customer satisfaction is a priority to us. When you rent one of our properties, which we believe to be of a 5 star standard, we want to ensure you have a 5 star experience every time. Beautiful apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely modern apartment in Puerto Pollensa. The location just behind the Pine Walk is fabulous, handy for beach and resort centre and the accommodation was great; well maintained, well equipped, spacious and a pleasure to relax in. We booked at the last minute and were very well looked after by the friendly owner and agent. Would highly recommend.

High quality great location

We have 2 young children (<4years) and knew we wanted somewhere modern, safe and of a very high standard. We were not disappointed.

With a small garden space, great location to beach and restaurants and fab pool it's easy to see why this is a popular choice. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the 2nd property we purchased in Puerto Pollensa. It was bought off plan when we realised what a great location it was in and we were particularly impressed by the high end fixtures and fittings to be used. Since the development was completed we have preferred to stay in this property due to the fabulous pool and perfect location!

Activity and Interests

This is an area popular with cyclists and the large rear patio provides space for safely storing cycles.


The apartment is 200 metres from the Pine Walk and its stunning beaches.


Car hire is not necessary although, being just 6 km from Alcudia and Old Town Pollensa, there is plenty to enjoy nearby. The nearest airport is Palma airport which is a 40 minute drive away. A taxi from the airport to Puerto Pollensa should cost approximately 70 euros.


This is a high end build in a much sought after location. Perfectly positioned for those enjoying beach holidays but equally ideal for a holiday by a beautiful pool. With a short stroll to all the local amenities you will not be disappointed!

The apartment is a 5 minute stroll to the bustling town centre which offers all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy etc. There is also a newly opened gymnasium which is available to guests for a small fee.

The property is in a very convenient location and is beautifully furnished. The swimming pool is 2nd to non and as the parents of young children we found last Summer that the children had a constant stream of children to play with as it has proved to be very popular with other families. Anyone with children will understand that a great pool plus children to play with = relaxation for mum and dad! Boquer is a much sought after area and we have found that despite it's popularity it is very peaceful in the evenings and we have not experience any noise problems.

Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, mop, hand held vacuum, vacuum cleaner, clothes maiden and pegs, sweeping brush, dustpan and brush. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen are provided and these are changed weekly (Saturday) when the apartment is serviced.
