Bungalow in Llangrannog, Nr Cardigan, Ceredigion, Wales - Less than a 10 minute walk to 2 Golden Beaches

A modern 2 bedroom bungalow, which sleeps up to 4 people, situated just 500 yards from the yellow sandy beaches in the village of Llangrannog which is in the heart of the Ceredigion Heritage Coastline of West Wales. ‘Pinewood’ nestles at the foot of the wooded hillside in kLlangrannog’s Church Village close to the tiny Church of Saint Carannog. Equally suitable for families, or couples. Sorry - no pets.

About Mary Street

This has been our family's holiday home for several years and now we are wanting to share this beautiful location with others.

We love walking the coastal paths, and watching and photographing the wildlife in the area.

Phil is still working, so holidays are restricted, but we plan to spend longer times there when he retires fully.

Several of Mary's extended family have holiday homes in the area - a legacy of her grandparents who discovered the area back in the 1950's and moved to live in Aberporth on their retirement.

Mary Street purchased this bungalow in 2000

Why Mary Street chose Ceredigion

This wonderful area of West Wales provides natural beauty, golden beaches, super walking country and plenty of opportunities for general relaxation. Within 500 yards of the Ceredigion Coastal Path with its spectacular paths, wildlife and beaches.

What makes this bungalow unique

No need to travel and worry about parking anywhere else. Llangrannog has everything you need - it's all on the doorstep. There is also the "Cardi Bach" bus which links the various towns and villages and runs all year round (restricted timetable in winter).

Booking Notes:
Bookings are to be accompanied by a deposit of one third of the rent. The balance of the rent must be paid 56 days (8 weeks) before the commencement of the holiday. Non payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the Hirer. The full rent is payable if the occupation date is less than 56 days (8 weeks) from the date of booking.

Changeover Day:
Saturdays or by prior arrangement.The property is normally only available after 4.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure please.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Shorter breaks available for as little as £60 per day, with a minimum stay of 3 days.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Notes on accommodation: Heating during cold and winter months is by electric storage radiators. Electric fire/fan heater provide additional heating during warmer months. Sorry no children under 5 years, or single sex parties under the age of 25. No pets. Strictly non smoking. Outside: There is a small secluded patio at the rear of the property. There are gardens to the side and rear at various levels, part of which are steep and care must be taken when accessing the upper levels.Garden furniture is provided. Every reasonable effort has been made to indicate possible safety hazards in the property description. However, it is guests responsibility (particularly parents with young children) to inspect the property and grounds immediately on arrival and note any possible hazards. Particular attention is drawn to the elevating garden which can be accessed at a hirer/visitors own risk. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and duvets/pillows included. Bed linen changed weekly or by arrangement. Visitors to provide their own towels/tea towels.
