Newly built luxury villa stands in its own walled grounds and is in a small cul-de -sac, located in the beautiful Portuguese fishing village of Burgau. The house is 8 years old and has been furnished to a very high standard. The property boasts a large open plan lounge with log fire, dining room, large fully fitted kitchen, basement, and three bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with two further bathrooms). All bedrooms have balconys. There is a Private pool standing in its own walled gardens, complete with a built in BBQ area and rear garden area.The property has WI-FI and Internet and smart TV with English Channels.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The property is suitable for families and is secure in its own walled gardens,and is fully gated,so is ideal for children,there is a cot and sofa bed available. Thier is a wood burning fire for the winter months with heating panels if required The light and airy rooms and space make it a perfect holiday home for relaxing. Each bedroom boasts patio doors onto balconies, making it perfect for everyone to have thier own space to relax. There is car parking at the property. Please note familys with young children that the pool is not fenced off, therefore they must be supervised ,we have safety arm bands in basement area if required. Outside: The property has gardens to three sides, and a secluded private pool. There is a built in bar BBQ area at the rear of the property, ideal for those warm evening, eating in. There are two sets of tables and chairs, one at the rear around the pool and a table and armchairs at the front of the property, both with large sun umbrellas. There is also a shaded area around the pool if needed. Utility Room: Washing machine ,ironing board,airer, and a basement area full of pool and beach equipment that maybe used. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bath towels, hand towels and bed linen supplied, changed weekly. Please bring your own beachtowels.The property is cleaned weekly as standard but daily can be negotiated at time of booking. Other: Large basement area. Tiled floor and decorated walls, ready for futher accommodation (at present can be used for childrens play area or storage).

Extremely clean and modern aprtment in perfect location

On arrival at Faro we found Rick's representative who was friendly and polite, arranging to meet to be let into the apartment and provided with the keys. Despite our flight been delayed by an hour and arriving at 11pm, this was no problem.

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and on arrival we were greeted with a welcome pack with all the necessities meaning we didn't need to travel to the shops for tea/coffee/bread/beer/butter/milk/ham/cheese on the evening or on the first morning.

The location of the apartment is also ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the array of places to eat. Situated on the end of the row, the apartment is also nice and quiet.

In terms of food, I cannot speak highly enough of the various places to eat in Burgau. In a weeks stay, there is easily enough choice to go somewhere different each night. Be sure to try Esquina!

The beautiful sandy beach of Burgau is a couple of minutes walk away, complete with Beach Bar and facilities

Other beaches within close proximity include Meia Praia, Lagos, Salema, Sagres and many many more.

Travel:

The villa is approximately just under 45mins drive from Faro airport. Most people hire a car from the airport, or you can take one of the many taxis from the airport. Distance is approximately 80km from Faro.We can arrange transfers and car hire if required.The local co.www.luzcars.com is the rental co. we use (go onto website select your car and we then arrange your car hire with a 10%discount on there prices.).We can also arrange your transfers(160euros return for up to 8people)

Further Details:

Burgau village boasts many intimate restaurants and sufficient 'mini mercados' for food shopping. With Lagos being the nearest large town, only 15 minutes away by car, which has a marina, harbour, plenty of shops and restaurants. Along the Algarve, there are many tourist attractions, including Zoo Marine, water parks, boat trips, dolphin watching, sea fishing, sailing lessons, scuba diving, tennis, golf and horse riding. For those not so energetic, there are plenty of picturesque walks, wine tasting tours, and art and painting.
