Modern sea front, three storey house with spectacular views over Cardigan Bay and the mountains. Glass-fronted balcony opens out from lounge. Beautiful unspoilt beach the other side of quiet road.. Very suitable for families, golfers, walkers, sailors. Close to many fine sandy beaches on Lleyn peninsula and within easy reach of mountain walking. Pwllheli is a popular sailing centre and has a large marina. Pwllheli golf course half a mile. Abersoch and Morfa Nefyn links courses within 7 miles. Pwllheli town centre ten minutes walk. Large weekly open market held in square. Leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts etc five minutes walk away.

About The Owner

We chose to buy a holiday house in Pwllheli because of its location - a wonderful combination of sea and mountains. Our house faces due south and the balcony is a real sun trap. Our grandchildren love it here - they have learnt to sail, climbed Snowdon and other mountains, surfed at Hell's Mouth, pony trekked ...We are now retired. Our home is in Shrewsbury so only two hours away.

Great house, well equipped and well situated

We spent two weeks here in April 2017. The house is ideally located for discovering north Wales - easy access to the tip of the Lynn Penisular to Caernarfon, Anglesey, Snowdon etc. With great views, and a first floor balcony overlooking the sea, the house itself is well equipped with everything you need. The house is spread over three floors, with three bedrooms (one with bunks, one twin and one double) and two bathrooms making it ideal for families. We had a great holiday, thanks.

Beautiful sandy beaches along peninsula within easy reach.


John Lennon Airport, Liverpool. Approx. two and a half hours drive.

Car recommended to make full use of all the area has to offer.


Ten minutes walk to Pwllheli town centre.

Forty five minutes drive to Snowdon.

Twenty five minutes drive to Portmadoc and Welsh Highland railway.

Harlech castle, Caernarvon castle both within an hour's drive.

Further Details:

Super markets, excellent fish shop. Large open market held every Wednesday.

Large marina and sailing club.

Sailing school and surfing lessons available in Abersoch.

We now have Wi Fi.
