This new apartment is light and airy with modern furnishings and fittings. Air conditioned throughout and front terrace overlooking the play area on the ground floor. It is very rare to find an apartment in such a centrally located part of Tavira with an outdoor pool. Just minutes away is a supermarket, bars, shops, restaurants, banks and the taxi rank. Great choice for exploring the historical parts of town and for those who do not wish to drive.

Nearest Motorway : A22 Via Infante at 5 Kilometres Car: not necessary


The beach in Tavira is an island called Isla da Tavira and can be accessed via the constantly running passenger ferry. This can be reached by a walk of approx 20mins or by the tourist train which passes regularly during the summer months.


Faro Airport 30 mins drive

Car hire not necessary due to the central location of the apartment.

Taxis locally are cheap, buses run all along the Algarve from the central bus station and the train station is just 10mins walk.

Airport transfers can be arranged.

Changeover Day: Minimum stay
We are very flexible on length of stay and day of arrival. Our check out time is 10am and check in is 2pm, however we try to be as flexible as possible for clients arriving early and leaving late. We can try to accommodate your luggage until these times.
Shorter than min 7 night stays will incur a supplement.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in English pounds for up to 4 people sharing. Extra put up bed is charged extra.

Long winter stays
For stays of a month or more (Nov to March) price is negociable with utilities paid extra

25% deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

  • Notes on accommodation: Ideally suited for families with children. The pool area is closed off and gated. Extra put up bed can be provided for a 5th person. Wifi broad band internet can be provided via a mobile tablet at an extra cost. Outside: These apartments surround a central paved area where children play, there´s a small kiddies playground with safe surface and the condominium is gated. There is a small patio area with table a chairs and we have two fold away lounge beds for use around the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for arrival, includes towels (not beach towels) and all linen. Stays for longer than 7 days will have a change of linen and towels. Other: Terrace leading from lounge though large floor to ceiling patio doors. Terrace table an 4 chairs. Intercom entrance. Gated condominiom.
