Why Cristian chose Pollença District

The area is really nice, well what can we say about Puerto and Pollensa. It has a very easy access but as well is remoteness from the crowds because no one goes around there if it is not to go to their Villa.

This town as you might know is really safe, in the square, seafront, anywhere parents have they dinner while children run and play and mix up with locals. And believe me that this is what makes holidays perfect (and the weather of course).

What makes this villa unique

The convenience of the propèrty is that you can go walking to Pollensa (5-10 min where you might go there for a few dinners) 5 min to the bus stop to Puerto and to Palma and just 10 min driving to Puerto.

No Villa will make the perfect holidays, the perfect holidays will be the perfect combination of the Villa, the place Puerto and Pollensa, the hospitality of the people of these towns, the weather and us. And when I say us means that we are going to be in touch with you, if you want, to sort out all this questions you need to know, to try to make your holidays easy and comfortable.

We are very easy going people, but the only way you will prove this is knowing us.

However if you decide to go somewhere else. Enjoy Your Holidays!!

Notes:
Outside: Swimming pool with two depths, with garden all around the pool. Nice barbeque made of chimney stone in a big terrace area. Car parking for three cars. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property gives towels and linen and they are change once a week, so does the cleaning service.

A lovely villa,private,well maintained and comfortable.

We were two families holidaying together and using the villa as a base to explore the well loved island. Christian met us and took us to the property,he pointed out a door that needed fixing and it was done later that day,also when the air con broke the whole unit was replaced in a day,we were very impressed. A review was left about ants being a problem but we swept up food and wiped down surfaces and had no problem at all. The rooms were spacious and clean and the linen was changed halfway through our holiday. We felt like we had landed in our own private paradise,the villa is in walking distance of Pollenca and a short drive from port de pollenca and a great base to explore the rest of this beautiful island.We have had a fabulous holiday and having such a gorgeous setting to swim,cook,laugh,eat and relax in has been the icing on the cake. This was a dream holiday for all of us and if we can save up the money again we will be back in a heartbeat.

ANTS!!!

I would not recommend this villa.

It was not cleaned well when we arrived.

Downstairs smelled of blocked drains.

There is a considerable ant problem at this villa. Pollensa is famed for it's ants, but not on this scale!

Not recommended to prepare food in, however much you clean up afterwards.

An exhausting experience!

Good location for Pollensa town.

Photos represent the villa quite well.

The car rental is not essential, as we said the Villa is really well situated. But it´s advisable,as you can explore the surrounding area.

In terms of distances we are 60 kilometers away from airport, the same distance from the Capital Palma (which you should visit)
