Very private walled and fenced ground floor apartment with 2 sets of patio doors leading onto the patio BBQ area and into the landscaped garden which gets the sun all day long. Sunbathe in private on the patio/garden or use the spacious and beautifully finished communal sunbathing area with pool, jacuzzi, bar and sun beds just round the corner. If you prefer the sea, the local beach is just a few minutes by car down a gentle hill and has it's own mini harbour with fishing boats etc. The bay is very safe for swimming and has cute little picturesque church overlooking it.
About the Owner
My name is Joseph Cornwell and I have experience in letting holiday properties in Spain, Cyprus and a chalet in Kingsdown on the Kent coast. My priority is always to give the holiday maker the best and least stressful holiday possible. I always provide details including directions, supermarkets, and recommended restaurants as well as tips about airlines, car hire. We use all our properties ourselves and therefore always have a high standard of upkeep.

“We loved the idea of a long season from April to the end of October with guaranteed sunny weather. We love the privacy and outside patio and garden area of our ground floor apartment which is particularly useful for extra playing area. We also love sitting on the patio at the side with the sea view. The beach and restaurants, bars are all within a couple of minutes drive which we like. We particularly love the local beach which is enclosed in a bay with a picturesque harbour at one end overlooked by the smallest church you have ever seem. See photos.”
Activity and Interests
The two beaches both have lovely bays, one with a small harbour and miniature church at one end and the other has sun beds for hire with fantastic safe swimming in the clear water on lovely soft sand. The bathing is safe and the beach lovely and sandy. Protaras is a lively resort ten minutes drive away with many hotels, restaurants bars and beaches. whilst Ayia Napia is about 10 minutes away with it's
renowned night life and emphasis on young people.
Larnaca airport is about 35 minutes drive from the apartment. Car hire is recommended, easy to arrange and not costly.
Kapparis is the very nearest area with shops and restaurants and is on the way to the beach.
Paralimni is a few minutes drive away with its lively square and cafes and many shops.
Ayia Napa is a ten minute drive away with its bustling nightlife, harbour, restaurants and bars. There is a bus service and you can take a taxi back if you wish to stay out until the small hours.

“The main benefits include the space, privacy for sun bathing, reading and relaxing, the all day sun if you want it and the pool to cool off when you get too hot. There is also a pool side bar area serving drinks and nibbles, to save you getting your own. The allocated parking space is very close by, which is useful for the shopping and there is extra parking in the basement if you want to keep the car cooler.”

- Notes on accommodation: There is air-conditioning in every room. The apartment is particularly suited to children because of the fact that it is on the ground floor and is close to the pool whilst being quiet and private. Please ask for up to date availability as we book out periods for ourselves that can be made available. Outside: Large patio doors lead off the living room to the very private spacious patio area, part of which is recessed for shade. There is garden furniture and a landscaped garden area with plants. The area is walled with fencing on the top giving maximum privacy whilst retaining maximum exposure to the sun. The side Patio has a lovely view of the sea. The pool area has free sun beds and umbrellas with a private bar/snack area for you to relax and enjoy. The covered car park is underneath and can bring you directly to the pool area or round to the apartment entrance. Utility Room: Large patio doors lead off the living room to the very private spacious patio area, part of which is recessed for shade. There are sun beds, garden furniture, BBQ and a landscaped garden area with plants. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the holiday and can be changed after a week for 45 euros which includes a clean if requested. Other: The garden has shrubs and a mini palm tree which are self irrigated. Because it is L shaped you can find the sun ALL day long or seek the shade in the recessed part of the patio. All rooms have black out blinds for coolness and a good night's sleep.
