Apartment is situated 10 minutes stroll away from the scenic village of Peyia with its Tavernas, supermarket, bank and shops. The golden sandy beach resort of Coral Bay has a great selection of restaurants and bars to dance the night away and is only 10 mins drive. Bustling Paphos Harbour area is approx 15 mins by car and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Boat hire, boat trips and dinner cruises are available from the marina. Kato Paphos Archaeological Park opposite the harbour is well worth a visit.

Yes, we had a wonderful time at the holiday house. The views were tremendous, the weather really good. We loved the pool in the morning, and then the beach in the evening. We often had the pool to ourselves - that was awesome. We loved the space on the balcony, and everything was very nice.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was great and your apartment is lovely. The only thing about the holiday we would have changed would have been to fly into Paphos airport instead of Larnaca. Our favourite thing was visiting the bird park and feeding the giraffe's by hand. The kids were in the pool everyday which was lovely and clean. We would happily recommend your apartment to friends and family.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your lovely apartment. Great facilities, wonderful views from the enormous terrace and overall a fantastic couple of weeks.

All that you need and more!

Just had an excellent holiday at Lynne and Ian's apartment.

It was very clean on arrival and every need had been catered for.

The large balcony gave us an impressive view of the valley below, but it's night-time when it becomes magical. You can see all the little lights on the houses below. You can see the lights

right across to Phathos harbour. Fantastic!.

I must mention the beds. I have been to Cyprus many times and have always had a problem

with the beds being too hard. Not these. I found them very comfortable and slept very well.

Didn't need to have the air-con on at all. The rooms seem to stay quite cool.

Thanks for a great stay.

Aldershot hampshire

Spacious apartment, with stunning panaoramic views away from it all holiday.

First impressions of the apartment was the size and the outside space, the balcony and the view were fantastic, day and night.

It is the best equipped apartment I have stayed in it has everything you could ever need in terms of kitchen equipment, from a garlic crusher to a whisk, plenty of crockery, good set of saucepans. Nice touches such as basic kitchen supplies like kitchen roll and foil etc. We didn't use the barbecue but it looked like a good quality product. If I was to be really picky I would have said a dishwasher would be a real asset, and that's the only reason for the 4 stars. Washing machine had quick wash cycle and a good sized fridge freezer.

It was good to have decent TV channels, we only had one day when it wasn't working but we just reset it and all was ok again. ( this is quite common) Good selection of books and DVDs and of course the wi fi.

Would recommend a car as the hills are pretty steep, and a fair walk to the beach. Local supermarket will deliver shopping and give you a lift home if you spend 25 euros. Nice little village.

We spent a lovely, quiet, relaxing fortnight in the apartment away from it all. The cockerel in the mornings was quite a reassuring sound.

The pool was lovely and very quiet, almost directly in front of the apartment over the road, and almost always on our own.

My husband did use the gym, it was very basic, and the treadmill didn't seem to work.

The pictures don't do it justice at all. Lovely base for any sort of holiday, from walking and exploring to a doing nothing holiday.

We will return in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment with picturesque views

We had a ten day holiday in our favourite village of Peyia and stayed in Ian and Lynne's apartment for the first time. It was well laid out, had everything that you would expect to find in your own home and more, we wanted for nothing. We particulary loved the huge verandah with plenty of seating area and room for us all to relax in the sunshine an enjoy the sun setting.

I wouldnt recommend as a good location for families with young children as the location is quiet but for those looking for a relaxing break this was ideal.

The local village is in walking distance with very good bars and restaurants but a car would be recommended to get out and see more of this beautiful island. There is also a local bus service that runs from the village into Coral Bay and other local beauty spots.

We would certainly come again and would like to thank Ian and Lynne for their help and quick response to any queries we had.

Well Equipped spacious apartment with stunning views

We have stayed in Peyia quite a few times and this has to be one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. The apartment kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer. The lounge is comfortable and the TV system is very good - although we luckily had great weather so didn't use it that much! The two bedrooms are comfortable - best beds we have ever had abroad! - with plenty of hanging and storage space. But it is the balcony that is the best feature - it is huge! -4 comfortable sunbeds, outside dinning table for 4 and coffee table and comfy chairs/settee for 4, a BBQ and still space to spare. Half the balcony is covered to give shade and half open.

We were a little concerned about the distance to the village but it really is a 10/15 min walk downhill on the main road. The walk up took us about 20/30 minutes depending on speed - it is up hill but an easily managed walk. We were going out in the dark so did take our torch (there is one in the apartment) - there is some pavement but the roads were so quiet that we were rarely passed by more than 3 cars each night! If you don't fancy the walk up then there is always the local taxi firm who would happily take you home from an enjoyable evening out in one of the local taverns.

We ate out at Cousins (amazing moussaka), The Old Cinema (lovely grill bar), Geitonia (Local grill bar - we wouldn't miss this one well worth a visit) and The Grande (Lovely food) - all the village eateries are good - have not had a bad meal yet!

Peyia is a lovely quiet base for exploring the Paphos District and the Akamas area and further.

The apartment is reach by a 'new road' on the complex- this was not finished but we did managed to get up it and park outside the apartment to unload - for the rest of the week we parked in the lower car park and used the steps to save our poor little class A hire car!!

We would highly recommend this apartment - we will return!

We enjoyed a delightful holiday at your apartment. It was so clean and well equipped with everything necessary. The spacious balcony was superb either for sunbathing, sitting in the shade or just enjoying the enjoying the the panoramic view with a glass of wine. We hope to return. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends

Having been to Cyprus many times Peyia is our favourite and this apartment is a lovely find.
