Apartment is situated 10 minutes stroll away from the scenic village of Peyia with its Tavernas, supermarket, bank and shops. The golden sandy beach resort of Coral Bay has a great selection of restaurants and bars to dance the night away and is only 10 mins drive. Bustling Paphos Harbour area is approx 15 mins by car and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Boat hire, boat trips and dinner cruises are available from the marina. Kato Paphos Archaeological Park opposite the harbour is well worth a visit.

What makes this apartment unique

The view is outstanding and the very large partly covered terrace allows dining, sun bathing and a place for the kids to play while mum & Dad relax.

A comfortable, very well appointed and equipped apartment in a lovely quiet location, and with a wonderful view towards Coral Bay.

Ian and Lynne have thoughtfully considered their guests holiday needs as everything you could need is provided...even a cool box and ice packs!



The huge balcony is fabulous with comfy patio furniture and cushions for the sunloungers.



Although we didn't use the pool (it was a little breezey in March), it is a large pool and looked well maintained. There are sunloungers down at the pool specifically for guests at the apartment.



Within 30 minutes of an email to Lynne the faulty toaster had been replaced....what service!



On our arrival the lounge lights and TV had been switched on, and together with the fairy lights adorning the balcony provided a lovely welcome.



Our queries, both prior to booking and during our stay were dealt with promptly by Ian and Lynne.



Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning.

All that you need and more!

Just had an excellent holiday at Lynne and Ian's apartment.

It was very clean on arrival and every need had been catered for.

The large balcony gave us an impressive view of the valley below, but it's night-time when it becomes magical. You can see all the little lights on the houses below. You can see the lights

right across to Phathos harbour. Fantastic!.

I must mention the beds. I have been to Cyprus many times and have always had a problem

with the beds being too hard. Not these. I found them very comfortable and slept very well.

Didn't need to have the air-con on at all. The rooms seem to stay quite cool.

Mooi appartement, groot balkon, fraai uitzicht

Rustige locatie, leuk dorp, hoog gelegen, en met het grote balkon van ruim 8x8 m (helft in schaduw) met alles erop en eraan, is een fraai uitzicht te genieten. Schoon, goed onderhouden, en eigenlijk alles wat we nodig hadden is er gewoon. Badhanddoeken, strandmatjes voor zee zwemmen, handdoeken voor douchen, luie stoelen, kortom, alles is er gewoon. Goede supermarkt Philippos ca 450 m lopen, wel heel steil omhoog terug! Redelijke restaurantjes in dorp gevonden. Er is een zwembad dat in April ook een redelijke temperatuur heeft. Wij waren wel altijd alleen in het zwembad ....

Contact met Ian & Lynne heel plezierig en snel antwoord. Ze hebben veel voor ons gedaan (helaas niet ontmoet ...).

Omgeving: voor de zee 5 km rijden, verder ligt het redelijk centraal voor Akamas schiereiland, Troodos gebergte, Paphos, etc. Wegen zijn goed in de omgeving. Als we dan toch een nadeeltje moeten noemen: je kunt direkt bij het appartement parkeren, maar het weggetje is slecht met veel gaten om te ontwijken ....

An amazing apartment!

This is an amazing apartment in a perfect location. The view from the balcony towards Coral Bay is beautiful during the day and very pretty at night with lots a twinkling lights in the village of Peyia. The outside space is a real bonus and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine and watching the view below.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and Lynne and Ian have provided everything needed for a very comfortable holiday. There was even washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cling film, etc. which is absent in most apartments we have previously rented.There are lots of books and DVDs to choose from should anyone tire of sitting in the sun.

We stayed over Christmas and New Year and the area around the church in Peyia had lots of pretty Christmas decorations. The bars and restaurants were open and welcoming, providing excellent value and great choice. Phillipos, the local supermarket, is very well stocked and staff are friendly.

Peyia is a fairly quiet village but makes a good base to stay and travel out from.The lively town of Paphos is a 20 minute car journey away but worthy of a visit. The sea front has lots of cafés, bars and restaurants and is a very pleasant place to while away a few hours. There is a paved coastal path near the fort which is great for a stroll. There are also attractions such as archaeological sites, monasteries and the beautiful Troodos Mountains all within driving distance.

I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone interested in visiting Cyprus; we were delighted with our choice and would love to return in the future.

Beautifully appointed apartment with incredible views

This apartment really is a home from home (apart from the weather and views which we don’t get back home!) it has everything you could need and more. The terrace is lovely and big, offering sensational views over Coral Bay. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
