The golden sandy beach resort of Coral Bay has a great selection of restaurants and bars to dance the night away and is only 10 mins drive. Bustling Paphos Harbour area is approx 15 mins by car and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Boat hire, boat trips and dinner cruises are available from the marina. Kato Paphos Archaeological Park opposite the harbour is well worth a visit.

The view is outstanding and the very large partly covered terrace allows dining, sun bathing and a place for the kids to play while mum & Dad relax.

Yes, we had a wonderful time at the holiday house. The views were tremendous, the weather really good. We loved the pool in the morning, and then the beach in the evening. We often had the pool to ourselves - that was awesome. We loved the space on the balcony, and everything was very nice.



We had a wonderful time. The weather was great and your apartment is lovely. The only thing about the holiday we would have changed would have been to fly into Paphos airport instead of Larnaca. Our favourite thing was visiting the bird park and feeding the giraffe's by hand. The kids were in the pool everyday which was lovely and clean. We would happily recommend your apartment to friends and family.



Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your lovely apartment. Great facilities, wonderful views from the enormous terrace and overall a fantastic couple of weeks.

All that you need and more!

Just had an excellent holiday at Lynne and Ian's apartment.

It was very clean on arrival and every need had been catered for.

The large balcony gave us an impressive view of the valley below, but it's night-time when it becomes magical. You can see all the little lights on the houses below. You can see the lights

right across to Phathos harbour. Fantastic!.

I must mention the beds. I have been to Cyprus many times and have always had a problem

with the beds being too hard. Not these. I found them very comfortable and slept very well.

Didn't need to have the air-con on at all. The rooms seem to stay quite cool.

When we walked in the door we both said WOW

Well worth staying in this lovely apartment.

The views are amazing

Lynne and Ian have been very thoughtful with this apartment

even have cold box and ice packs in freezer for the beach plus beach matts

great touch.

We had 7 nights and loved it.

we never used air con all rooms have ceiling fans witch is another great idea

Peyia village is very hilly so you do need a car.

Nice pool very peaceful with great views.

All the furniture in apartment and on the balcony is in great shape,

loved it can't wait to go back. Thanks Lynne and Ian

Great terrace, fantastic view, ideal for al fresco holiday.

We had a fantastic fortnight at this lovely apartment. We spent the majority of our time on the terrace. Delightful view, comfortable furniture, the choice of full sun or shade throughout the day. Ideal for the relaxing lazy holiday we wanted. By opening the windows and patio doors during the day and using the ceiling fan at night we did not feel the need to use the air conditioning at all despite the high August temperatures. The double bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean and tidy and we had the pool to ourselves on numerous occasions.  Well worth the trek up and down the stairs. ☺ 

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and is well placed for exploring the Paphos region and further afield.

Due to the hilly location we think a car is essential unless you are very fit.

We would certainly consider booking again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Apartment!

The perfect home from home with everything you could need. A relaxing experience from start to finish which is exactly what a holiday should be. The directions were easy to follow and the apartment spotless. In the welcome pack was all the information from using the air con & WIFI to local restaurants and maps. Everything was set up for a comfortable stay with lovely beds, fluffy towels and all kitchen essentials. Incredibly peaceful location and the perfect chill out holiday. There are a lot of steps and it is a walk (on the windy road) down to the town and steep on the way back up, but as a young couple with no kids in tow, no trouble for us but maybe something to keep in mind. To get around you do need a hire car and it is a 10min drive or taxi (£12 euros) down to Coral Bay but it is totally worth being a little further out for the stunning views and tranquillity. Would recommend to friends and family and hope to return again!

Spacious apartment, with stunning panaoramic views away from it all holiday.

First impressions of the apartment was the size and the outside space, the balcony and the view were fantastic, day and night.

It is the best equipped apartment I have stayed in it has everything you could ever need in terms of kitchen equipment, from a garlic crusher to a whisk, plenty of crockery, good set of saucepans. Nice touches such as basic kitchen supplies like kitchen roll and foil etc. We didn't use the barbecue but it looked like a good quality product. If I was to be really picky I would have said a dishwasher would be a real asset, and that's the only reason for the 4 stars. Washing machine had quick wash cycle and a good sized fridge freezer.

It was good to have decent TV channels, we only had one day when it wasn't working but we just reset it and all was ok again. ( this is quite common) Good selection of books and DVDs and of course the wi fi.

Would recommend a car as the hills are pretty steep, and a fair walk to the beach. Local supermarket will deliver shopping and give you a lift home if you spend 25 euros. Nice little village.

We spent a lovely, quiet, relaxing fortnight in the apartment away from it all. The cockerel in the mornings was quite a reassuring sound.

The pool was lovely and very quiet, almost directly in front of the apartment over the road, and almost always on our own.

My husband did use the gym, it was very basic, and the treadmill didn't seem to work.

The pictures don't do it justice at all. Lovely base for any sort of holiday, from walking and exploring to a doing nothing holiday.

We will return in the future. Would definitely recommend.
