A large 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to six people. The two bedrooms sleep 4 and the large living room has a sofa bed that will sleep an extra 2 adults. Parque da Corcovada is a development of luxurious apartments and villas in the heart of Albufeira, with all possible facilities and amenities on its doorstep. It is fantastically located close to fine sandy beaches, golf courses and other sporting amenities. Within the resort there are four swimming pool areas each with a separate children's pool, the main central pool having a snack bar facility throughout daytime hours. There is crazy golf and restaurants facilities available as part of the resort. The apartment is air conditioned and has Sky in the living room, along with a DVD player which can also play CDs etc. There are 2 sun loungers in the patio, along with table and chairs and also 2 sun loungers at the pool. The apartment is in one of the smaller blocks on the development which makes it more private.

We had visited Portugal for a number of years before buying the apartment. One of the many reasons we love it is because it receives more sun than any other part of main land Europe and has a climate similar to the Mediterranean. It is famous for its beautiful beaches, amazing countryside, vibrant nightlife, splendid golf courses, excellent hostelries, culture and popular customs, and the friendly charm and welcome of its people. The wonderful climate, warm and sunny all year round, gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of sport, cultural and leisure activities. The lively fishing town of Albufeira could not be better located placed perfectly and centrally, within easy reach of Faro (airport), the high mountains of Monchique and the historic castle town of Silves.
The apartments, new in 2008, all have large balconies and superior quality finishing, located within gated condominiums and enjoy the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens. They feature fully equipped Danish kitchens complete with Siemens appliances. Bedrooms and living areas enjoy quality Jatoba wooden floors. All patio doors and windows have electrically operated thermo-lacquered aluminium shutters. Cool basement parking is also available.

Wonderful stay in Block 41 of Corcovada.
Apartments - great living space, perfect size bedrooms - we had 2 bed ground floor aparment - great patio space on roadside, suntrap for afternoon, mornings sunshine on patio space outside living room. Kitchen so well equipped with all we would need.
Poolside - a quick stroll to the pool - plenty of chairs, usual ones booked and never used all day. kids pool small but good depth for smallies, big pool was great. lots of room for all, everyone had fun.
Lovely people staying here, mainly all families in big and small groups.
Location - as per my garmin watch 600m to top of the strip. Just outside the complex was a small supermarket for the quick bits and within 5-10mins there were many shops.
Dubliner pub nearby was great for a stop on way home from Old town or the strip. Food good there too, including the desserts!
The cobblestone footpaths were slippy in ungripped shoes, and plenty of hills along the way but easy to walk to places. Taxis often difficult to get if you were not near a taxi rank.
Wonderful well-maintained apartment, beautifully furnished, kitchen fully equipped, well kept gardens and clean pools in the complex. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, beach and the Strip but .....peace perfect peace! Both the owner and the management were very helpful and friendly. We've had 3 great holidays here and would highly recommend this apartment.
My friend and I spent a week here. Nice apartment but not perfect. Hate to gripe...locks on 2 of the door/windows broken and if it had not been for the security shutters we would have asked for a replacement apartment from Joyce, mentioned to Joyce when we arrived that lounge and kitchen floor were not that clean, she just shrugged. Asked it there was an info pack as we did not know the area she said no and would drop us a map off if she had time, we got our own, if she is the point of contact sorry apartment owner she does you a disservice I just did not like her or her manner and so my dealings with her were short and sharp. Pool ....could not get a loungers as all were "reserved" with towels from about 7am...appreciate it was July. Avoid here of you do not have children as it is family (ie child) orientated. Walk to old town is 30/40 mins and I am a fast walker so...the strip is just a 2 sided street and tout hell....taxis are cheap, the very long queue in the old town goes down quickly. We took taxis home as Joyce warned us about walking late at night! A chilled holiday though, fab weather.....but an idea to fix your locks.

Apartment and block was great within location easy walking distance to the shop and restaurants. Even had assistance with the transfer

You can book with us by simply emailing us. A security deposit, of £200 will be required for any damages incurred during your stay. This will be refunded once the apartment is checked when you leave. You can pay via bankers draft or Paypal.
Changeover days are very flexible and we would like the apartment to be vacated by 10am (although this can be talked over if there is a problem).
