Guestbook comments from the owner

This is an extraordinary house the rooms and accommodation are luxurious and the views and terraces are just out of this world, the photos simply don't do the property justice. J. Blow London.

The house and surrounding area are just so beautiful, the local villages and countryside give you endless days out, or you can just sit by the pool and soak up "that view". Julie Reaney France.

We just had the best holiday ever, walking, cycling, kayaking, wine tasting and great food. The kids loved the pool and having some space to run wild and we could just chill on the terrace watching them play. T Woodrough Liverpool/UK.

Location

From the Owner

We had been taking holidays around the rivera and through out Provence for years and until we came to Vaucluse never found that perfect balance between active and relaxing, we wanted great restaurants but didn't want to have to book two weeks in advance. The area has everything from five star hotels/restaurants to village pizzeria just without the traffic and the queues. We have three children oursleves and with, Grandparents, cousins and friends always visting, we are rarely there when the house isn't full. With 22 acres the kids can run wild or take the bikes off for the day and visit the local villages. Vaucluse is something of a quietly kept secret it is everything you dreamt a summer in Provence would be, just a few years before "the book" came out.

Facilities

From the Owner

The property is large and is perfect for someone who wants to play host for the summer. There are three "wings" to the property so you're not on top of each other which is crucial when you have 20+ guests. There are 3 different dinning/eating areas in the house and 2 more outside so again it's easy to manage two sittings, kids and adults etc.
