Estepona is a charming traditional Spanish village with a lively old port with a large choice of restaurants.

Great Location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, overlooking the med with distance views of Gibraltar and the North African coast. A short stroll into Estepona and it's lovely marina with a supermarket a stones throw away. The facilities in the apartment are excellent with a spacious balcony which provides both sun and shade throughout the day. All in all a five star apartment.

Mooi ingericht appartement met spectaculair uitzicht op de zee.

Binnen 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Estepona, een charmant stadje.

Het appartement is naast de carrefour gelegen, hier heb je echter totaal geen overlast van.

I am writing this sitting on the balcony in the sun looking out over the waves which seem that close you could almost touch them!

For people that do not read long reviews (myself included) actions speak louder than words - we have already booked this apartment for 2014!

Communication with Eric has been quickly and efficiently responded to on all occasions.

The apartment description was accurate, and we have found it to be ideal in terms of facilities, comfort and location - exactly as described. We have stayed in Estepona several times before, but without a doubt this apartment has to be the best. In fact, we intend to make this our regular destination. Everything you could need or want is within easy walking distance, and you have a Carrefour hypermarket as your corner shop.

Excellant shoe shopping and a great choice of places to eat. - Carol!

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is front line beach. Can see the waves crashing on the shoreline from the terrace. The wide sandy beaches with numerous beach bars are situated just a few minutes walk from the apartment - see attached photo.

Travel:

Malaga Airport 80Km, approximately 45minutes drive door to door. Gibraltar Airport 45 km.

Distances:

The apartment with within easy walking distance of the town centre and a minute from the beaches. Estepona is situated approximately midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. 10 minutes from glitzy Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. The Laguna Village beach club is approximately 1 Km away with bars, luxury shops, restaurants and watersports. For the kids, the renowned Selwo National Animal Park is a short drive away.

Further Details:

Simple authentic meals on the beach and in Estepona provide a glimpse of Spanish life and an opportunity to hear Spanish being spoken rather than English.

There is a large supermarket directly behind the development which makes it very convenient for shopping for supplies. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and clean towels and linen supplied at start of rental. Cleaning service during the stay available on request payable by holiday maker.
