About The Owner

Hi, we are Eric & Heather. We live and work in London and have two grown up daughters and we love to travel. Eric is an IT Consultant and Heather works with children with learning difficulties. France and more recently Spain have become firm favourites for us. We rent out our lovely apartment in Estepona, which has stunning views directly onto the sea. Estepona has so much charm and is completely unspoiled and authentically Spanish. We love to immerse ourselves in the local culture, walking along the beautiful promenade and sitting in the charming squares in the old Town (just a few minutes walk away) sipping a cafe con leche. We never tire of waking to sunny blue skies and looking at the sea and hearing the waves. Although we have been going to Spain for 10 years we still have so much to explore - taking some hiking trails is next on our hit list.

Outside: Large 30 foot by 9 foot balcony with reclining chairs and sun loungers. The development has attractive gardens with palm trees and an allocated car parking space but no swimming pools. However the wide sandy beaches with numerous beach bars are visible from and situated just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a large supermarket directly behind the development which makes it very convenient for shopping for supplies. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and clean towels and linen supplied at start of rental. Cleaning service during the stay available on request payable by holiday maker.

Great apartment

An excellent location for this lovely apartment. From the long 30 foot balcony, you look over the sea just 20 meters away. To the rear is a very large Carrefour but the only noise is from the sea. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach with many cafes and bars. Estepona has few hotels so it feels more Spanish.

The apartment is very well furnished, has broadband and plenty of hot water. It is a great base to visit many of the attractions.

Dealing with Eric the owner was very easy.

Great location

Our second visit to this apartment and we love it. It has loads hot water, great Wi-Fi, large supermarket behind (no noise) and a large balcony to view the sea 20 meters away.

So close to the beach, shops, restaurants and main roads to travel around the area.

Very good appartment at a outstending locatie (very close to supermarket, walking distance to estepona, close to beach bars ) The outside of the building looks a bit neglected, but the inside is much beter.

We loved the apartment and it's location. It was bright and tastefully furnished to a high stand. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean and the amazing views. The supermarket located at the back was really convenient. There is a bus stop outside the supermarket which is helpful.

Wonderful apartment

When we read the reviews are expectations were very high but it was even better than we expected . The apartment was very clean and well furnished and had everything you needed and more , but the views from the balcony was the real wow factor and falling asleep while listening to the sea is something special the apartment is ideally situated on the beach front with a 10 minutes walk to numerous restaurants the taxi driver that Eric recommended who's name was Pol was very professional and helpful and a real nice guy . the apartment had a television that had English channels but we never even turned it on the view from the balcony was a much better option . If visiting Estepona this apartment will take some beating just wonderful

The apartment is front line beach. Can see the waves crashing on the shoreline from the terrace. The wide sandy beaches with numerous beach bars are situated just a few minutes walk from the apartment - see attached photo.


Malaga Airport 80Km, approximately 45minutes drive door to door. Gibraltar Airport 45 km.


The apartment with within easy walking distance of the town centre and a minute from the beaches. Estepona is situated approximately midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. 10 minutes from glitzy Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. The Laguna Village beach club is approximately 1 Km away with bars, luxury shops, restaurants and watersports. For the kids, the renowned Selwo National Animal Park is a short drive away.

Further Details:

Simple authentic meals on the beach and in Estepona provide a glimpse of Spanish life and an opportunity to hear Spanish being spoken rather than English.
