It is close to all of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago amenities including the world class golf courses, tennis courts, good restaurants, bars and shops. Nearest supermarket is 5km away. Car hire is essential. There is parking for 2 cars. Faro airport approx 14km away.

Notes on accommodation: The lounge dining room and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned for heating & cooling. Outside: The lounge opens onto a large private terrace with views over the pool and gardens. Here the sun loungers just invite you to bask in the warmth of the sun and it is furnished for alfresco dining. These is lots of space for sunbathing and for children to play. Table tennis available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen is all provided except pool/beach towels. Maid service is twice a week. Other: Ironing board and iron. This is a prime property and I'm sure you will respect it, however accidents and breakages do happen and I ask for a £200 fully refundable deposit in addition to your rental amount, this is returned after the inventory is checked by my management service.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival after 2pm. Departure before 10am. [negotiable with housekeeping] depending on bookings.
