Built in 2008, the stunning 2 storey Villa Aliki is located on the outskirts of Skala, on the South East coast of Kefalonia. The property is well designed and spacious with an exclusive infinity swimming pool and a brick built barbecue surrounded by a patio area with incredible views over to the neighbouring island of Zakynthos and mainland Greece. There are 3 bedrooms and the villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor with full size bath, and 1 on the ground floor. A cot is also available if required. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a separate dining room area will comfortably seat 6 people. There are comfortable sofas in the lounge area with French doors opening onto the patio. With air-conditioning throughout, washing machine, TV, DVD player, stereo, satellite television and wi-fi internet access. Villa Aliki is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Skala beach is 1900 meters from the villa and there are many other beaches within close proximity.

Kefalonia Airport is a one hour drive away, and if required, we can arrange a taxi to collect you at the airport or will provide directions to Villa Aliki should you collect a rental vehicle at the airport. Poros Ferry Port is a 15 minute drive from the villa.

The nearest town is Skala that is 1.9km away. It has many restaurants, tavernas, shops, mini-markets, car hire branches and Banks. The length of the Island can be driven in 90 minutes and so the many places of interest are all within close proximity. Car hire is recommended so that visitors can enjoy the many delights that Kefalonia has to offer.

The nearest minimarket is 700 meters and there is a small beach 600 meters from the villa that is perfect for snorkelling.

On arrival, there will be a welcome package consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and jams.

No Smoking allowed inside villa.

No Pets allowed.

Villa can only be occupied from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Skala is recognised as the most popular resort in Kefalonia and also presents the opportunity for the more energetic amongst us to enjoy the abundance of entertainment and local hospitality that is on offer. Surrounded by cyprus and olive trees, and with an abundance of wild herbs growing on the hillside. Villa Aliki is located on the outskirts of Skala on the south east coast of Kefalonia. With its small port and main village square, large variety of shops, mini-markets and a wide range of restaurants, tavernas and bars, Skala is known as Kefalonia’s premier resort. The property is located 1.9km from Skala Town, and just a 15 minute drive from the neighbouring port of Poros. Skala beach is just 1900 metres from Villa Aliki and stretches for over a mile of golden sand and has excellent facilities to enable a leisurely day in the sun. Power boat trips and water sports can also be arranged from Skala Beach for the more energetic amongst us. There are a number of other beaches within close proximity, including Mounda Bay, famous as the nesting ground of the Caretta Loggerhead Turtles. Our capital Argostoli is an hours drive away and offers a night of entertainment and many fine restaurants. Towels and linen are included. The villa will be cleaned weekly and the towels and linen changed regularly. We are flexible with the cleaning services.
