Welcome to Casa Anna, we would love if you would choose to have your holiday here.

Casa Anna is a new luxurious 3 bedroom air-conditioned apartment situated within the Sunset Villas area of the 5 Star Vila Sol Golf and Spa Resort. Shared adults and childrens swimming pools. Vilamoura Marina and beaches are within a few minutes drive. Tennis courts, golf course, restaurants coffee shops, bars, sports bars and mini market within easy 12 min walk.

As you drive down the tree lined trees in the well renowned prestigious area of Vila Sol, you come to the charming Sunset Villas resort. You enter the cobbled driveway and modern town houses and arrive at Casa Anna.

As you enter Casa Anna you arrive in the entrance hall with guest WC. This leads to the spacious sunny open plan lounge and dining area with Cable TV with English programmes, Wifi internet, cards and board games to keep the whole family busy and entertained.

The lounge and dining area have French glass sliding windows that have views over and access to the large sunny patio and landscaped gardens. Large sunny private patio has table and chairs, table tennis, umbrella and BBQ and all you need for al fresco dining, relaxing and reading a book or watching the kids and adults running and playing in the gardens or diving in and slashing around in the pool.

From the lounge you lead onto the modern fully equipped kitchen where when you arrive you will find a welcome pack with basic essentials waiting for you on your arrival. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm.
From the kitchen you lead down the hall to the three bedrooms. One spacious double bedroom with en-suite modern bathroom with bath and hand held shower and two twin bedrooms with a shared mpdern bathroom with bath and hand held shower.

Excellent family apartment

Such a great holiday and booking experience. Michele was in touch whenever needed and able to answer all or questions. The apartment was clean, and location perfect for us - 2 adults and a 4 and 1 year old. We felt safe letting our 1 yr old roam around the apartment knowing he couldn’t escape or hurt himself! They even had extra inflatables for the pool. Thank you for giving us a stress free holiday!

Fantastic holiday

We've just come back from a fantastic family holiday here. The surrounding area was great, gardens were well maintained, parking at the front of the property, villa location was ideal, close to the pool. The villa was very clean and spacious. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. Oscars bar and Wildfire restaurant are a 20 minute walk away. The Vila Sol golf club is literally next door and reasonably priced. We managed to lock ourselves out of the villa one night and somebody came out to let us back in. Great communication from the owner from start to finish. Easy payment method. We will definitely be returning here in the near future we were that impressed.

We arrived and was disappointed to find no tea towels, no BBQ equipment, a very small bbq which must be 10+ years old - limited cutlery and Wi-fi that needed to be topped up 3 times as it’s a dongle !! I don’t understnad why no wired wifi - TV too small and how much does it cost to have a UK package with sports ?? Great location and I have been to Sunset Vila’s many times but was left a little disappointed

Lovely apartment in superb area

We stayed in Casa Ana for two weeks. The apartment was lovely, spotless and plenty of room. The ground floor apartment is very close to the pool. We played tennis everyday at the hotel tennis courts. At 7€ for an hour it was really good value. We hired a car so getting around Vilamoura and Quarteira was easy, and we used Uber for nights out. There is one bedroom which doesn’t have air conditioning but the apartment manager supplied a floor fan immediately so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Would recommend this apartment if you want a chilled holiday. To get around the area I would recommend having a hire car. Many thanks Michele

We bought a property in this area as my sister lives close by and we had always enjoyed spending our holidays in Vila Sol.
Casa Anna is within 10 minutes walking distance from a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The Vila Sol Golf course and club house which has two restaurants and a coffee shop is within 5 minutes walk. The Vila Sol hotel with a coffee shop and restaurants is within 5 minutes walk. The beach is within 40 minutes walk. Aqua Show water park is within 7 minutes drive. Vilamoura Marina with shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, casino, deep sea fishing, water spots, boat hire and trips for dolphin watching is within an easy 10 min drive.

Casa Anna benefits from being in a quiet residential area and benefits from a shared pool and landscaped gardens.
