Sandscape Beach House in Camber Sands, Nr. Rye, Sussex

A stone's throw from the beach (1 minute walk).

This unique seaside property is situated at the foot of the sand dunes and is a pioneering development combining contemporary design with the latest eco-friendly technology. Heating and hot water are provided by solar panels and a geothermal heat pump.

The property is set over 3 floors offering spacious open plan living. On each level rooms lead out to outside decking area offering the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Sandscape sleeps 6 Adults / 3 Children / 1 Infant (travel cot)

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king size bed and 1 child's bed, wardrobe en-suite bathroom and large balcony, Freeview TV & DVD.

Bedroom 2 has 1 large double Bed & 1 Bunk Bed with TV/DVD/Now TV/Netflix

Bedroom 3 comes complete with 1 Kingsize bed, Freeview TV/DVD plus a small kitchen en-suite. There is also a large sofa which transforms into a double bed should this be required. The spacious outside deck comes complete with L shaped outdoor sofa and table.

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen and living area complete with cooker, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso & kettle. Dining table seats 8 comfortably.

The living area has 2 large sofas along with 2 armchairs providing ample seating for 8 people. The living areas is supplied with Sky TV (incl Sports/Movies/Kids Channels), High Speed WiFi Fibre Broadband, Xbox 360, DVD player, & CD player, & Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.

Large outside area offers Al-fresco dining with seating for 8 people and BBQ.

The property is also equipped with folding beach chairs, classic deck chairs & buckets, spades, beach activities..

Notes on accommodation: The property has a light and spacious feel and the three balconies look out onto a landscaped communal garden of mainly seaside vegetation. We are on the edge of the beach just behind the sand dunes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed lining provided. The property is cleaned before your arrival.

Splendid family time in ideal home

Our entire weekend experience was splendid. The home and surroundings are at perfect pitch with one another. We grow more fond of Camber with every visit. Family of four were spoilt by staying in sandscape and have returned with many great memories. Our only gripe was not staying a little longer.

Calm and comfortable seaside escape

Rugged modern seaside escape! Enjoyed a quiet weekend away and the house was really great. Has two massive double bedrooms, enough mod cons and private balconies to make you feel like you've got your own little slice of desert condo. Great place to rest or for a group.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely, quiet weekend stay in this beautiful house which I would highly recommend. The house is spacious and really well finished and has absolutely everything you could need. We were a group of six adults and it was more than big enough for us all. No distance at all from the beach, which is glorious itself.

Perfect

The house looked nice in the photos and was even better than we hoped. Lots of space (4 adults, 3 children and 2 babies). 2 balconies, one of which had comfy sofas, the other had a table and chairs; 2 bathrooms; 2 kitchens (we didn't use the mini kitchen); massive kitchen table with benches and chairs; large comfy sofas. Very well stocked kitchen- casserole dishes, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, washing liquid for the dishes and for washing machine, large fridge, large freezer, coffee machin plus usual crockery you'd expect. There was also a wind break and beach chairs.

Camber sands beach was beautiful and v close.

We loved it and were very sad to leave.

Lovely family stay, loads of room.

We are a family of four, two teenagers! The house was perfect. We have visited before in October 2015, the house was better than we remembered. Loads of room very well equipped, extremely close to the beach with lots of nearby attractions for our teenagers. Started off holiday with a trip to Ashford outlet finished chilling on the balcony with a good book. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

On confirmation of booking a deposit of 35% is required, balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of the holiday. If a booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. A refundable breakage deposit of £250 is required.
In all cases of cancellation the 35% deposit will be forfeited.
