Sandscape Beach House in Camber Sands, Nr. Rye, Sussex

A stone's throw from the beach (1 minute walk).

This unique seaside property is situated at the foot of the sand dunes and is a pioneering development combining contemporary design with the latest eco-friendly technology. Heating and hot water are provided by solar panels and a geothermal heat pump.

The property is set over 3 floors offering spacious open plan living. On each level rooms lead out to outside decking area offering the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Sandscape sleeps 6 Adults / 3 Children / 1 Infant (travel cot)

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king size bed and 1 child's bed, wardrobe en-suite bathroom and large balcony, Freeview TV & DVD.

Bedroom 2 has 1 large double Bed & 1 Bunk Bed with TV/DVD/Now TV.

Bedroom 3 comes complete with 1 large double bed, Freeview TV/DVD plus a small kitchen en-suite. There is also a large sofa which transforms into a double bed should this be required. The spacious outside deck comes complete with L shaped outdoor sofa and table.

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen and living area complete with cooker, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso & kettle. Dining table seats 8 comfortably.

The living area has 2 large sofas along with 2 armchairs providing ample seating for 8 people. The living areas is supplied with Sky TV (incl Sports/Movies/Kids Channels), High Speed Wi-Fi Broadband, Xbox 360, DVD player, Sonos speaker & CD player. Large outside area offers Al-fresco dining with seating for 8 people and BBQ.

The property is also equipped with folding beach chairs, classic deck chairs & buckets, spades, beach activities..

really nice property and great location

Although our break was a short stay, we had a great time at this property

So close to the beach, literally across the road from the apartment however the walk up the Sand dunes is not the easiest of challenges.

The house was clean and well maintained and the instruction were clear enough to get in and familiarise yourself, however the only obstacle for us was running out of hot water to shower.

Apart from the hot water which was not a deal breaker because of the hot weather we had a great time in this apartment and definitely plan on coming back.

Immaculate, spacious, very comfortable property in a fantastic spot opposite the sand dunes.

The location of Sandscape is unbeatable, a ten second walk across the beach road and you're on the fabulous Camber Dunes! The house itself is beautiful - spacious, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The owner, Jason, was helpful, quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place for a seaside retreat

We had a wonderful weekend break at Sandscape. Although it was July, the weather wasn't on our side, but that didn't matter as the house was wonderful and cozy.

We're hoping to make this a yearly trip!

Amazing house and location

We had a brilliant stay at the eco house. The location is great, so close to the beach you can pop back for anything you forget! The house is equipped with everything you would need for a week away. Its the little extras which were great, especially where the weather was awful for June. The cake and juice on arrival was a lovely touch, Sky Movies was great for rainy afternoons and just wish we had managed to use the balcony furniture more than once as it was a great little spot. Would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Excellent property and helpful owners

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped house. Much more spacious than we were expecting. Very convenient for the beach (just a quick walk over the dunes are at the end of the road). The owners were very helpful with questions beforehand, and answered all our emails and refunded our deposit quickly. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay to anyone looking to visit Camber.
