The Vanessa Development lies between the traditional Peyia Village and Coral Bay. The views from the apartment are breathtaking with the mountains behind and sea-views in front. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the village of Peyia, a traditional hillside village with an array of restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and entertainment. If you like to keep fit the complex offers a gymnasium where you can train. Beautifully furnished. 1 bedroom apartment in this 5 star complex. The property comprises an open plan lounge/dining room and 1 double bedroom. Fully air-conditioned and heated, the complex enjoys professionally landscaped gardens and a large outdoor pool, smaller low level outdoor pool, in additional to an indoor pool, table tennis room, sauna and gym (with shower & toilet facilities). Suitable for all year round holidays! There is plenty of well kept pool furniture - tables, loungers, chairs etc. for your use and a shaded area to relax away from the sun. Parking for two vehicles is available to the rear of the property.

About The Owner

My name is Anne Mackenzie and I'm very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I'm a senior solicitor working in Glasgow but love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests have a wonderful holiday and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The bed has a superior mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep as it's a pet hate of mine to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who will be on call for you 24/7.

Why The Owner chose Peyia

I purchased this apartment because I love the beautiful village of Peiya, a great base to explore the island from. However, if you just want to stay local amenities are close by. Whether it's restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs, sea and sand. It really has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. It's a wonderful place to escape the British weather during the winter. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible (especially from the balcony!) and the locals are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has beautiful, large outdoor pool, smaller low level pool and indoor pool, table tennis room, sauna and gym (with shower and toilet facilities). You can also just drive down the road for a swim in the sea - bliss!

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a prime location for total relaxation. It's very new and really smart, a perfect holiday destination. As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay! Having property managers on call 24/7 gives guests the benefit of knowing that they can get assistance at any time if required. Rob and Vicki Jan are an English and now live in Cyprus. They are so friendly and helpful and can even do your shopping or collect you from the airport for a small extra charge (cheaper than a taxi!). I've provided a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is a great WIFI connection and a wide range of English speaking satellite TV channels.

Any additional needs i.e. car hire, welcome packs, hairdresser, extra cleaning, cot and high chair, shopping etc. can be arranged on request. The services of our Property Manager are available 24 hours 7 days a week, if required - airport transfers available on request. Outside: The balcony has comfortable tables and chairs with shade. Relax while overlooking the landscaped gardens, large pool and stunning sunset and sea views. Bliss! Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Fresh towels (including beach towels) and linen are provided for every new guest. For your laundry a washing machine and clothes airer are provided in the apartment. Additional cleaning and laundry available during your stay for a small additional charge. Other: Balcony area has patio table and chairs overlooking the large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Great for alfresco dining! There are also 2 relaxing chairs and table to enjoy sun downers. Wonderful sunset and sea views

Brilliant Apartment Spotlessly Clean anGreat Views

This is the second time on staying at this apartment and as previously one of the best we have stayed in. Anne the owner is always very responsive to any questions and very pleasant as are the managers, the view to Coral bay from the balcony is great and as said by a previous reviewer not overlooked by other apartments, looking forward to our next visit, now there is a security barrier fitted to enter the complex which is brilliant for pease of mind, thanks again Anne for a great stay. A beautiful home from home apartment, in a peaceful, relaxing haven!

Anne's 1 bed apartment is so beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It really felt like home.

It has the best location on the complex. From the huge balcony, you have a great view of the pool & can see the sea, but it's not directly around the pool area, giving you total privacy & seclusion when sat outside.

There are so many English tv channels, as well as films, iplayer, and lots more I couldn't suss out!!! ( I'm useless when it comes to technology)

Vanessa apartments complex is the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. It's so quiet & relaxing, do not go here if you like loud music at all hours & partying around the'll spoil it for everyone else who is there to totally relax!!!

The pool was spotlessly clean, perfect temperature, and pretty large.

I didn't use the indoor pool or gym, but they looked good.

Just a 5 minute walk away you'll find a supermarket, some restaurants, and the bus stop for buses to coral bay & Paphos.

All in all a perfect getaway. I couldn't fault it, & hope to return over the winter months for some peace, relaxation & winter sun!!

Should just mention Rob, the apartment manager. He drove me from and back to the airport for a very reasonable fee, and was on hand if I needed anything, or a lift somewhere.

A home from home, set apart from other apartments in this great complex.

This was the second time that we have stayed in Vanessa Apartments and it won't be the last. Anne's apartment is a home from home, with everything you could possibly want to relax and unwind. Her furniture and furnishings are extremely comfortable, especially the bed. I have never slept for so long whilst on holiday. The balcony is long and private with fantastic views of the sea and hillsides. Her support team over here are extremely helpful and available day and night for advice over the phone. Thanks Rob.

All in all, a fantastic break in an exceptional apartment. Thanks Anne.

Special interest holidays:

Paphos is a UN world heritage site. Famous historical sites close by.


You are within a short drive to the EU Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay.


The apartment is 30 mins drive from Paphos International airport. Taxi and car hire is available at the airport. Car hire is not essential but recommended. A regular local bus service to Coral Bay and neighbouring towns and villages stops close to the apartment.

My property managers can collect you from the airport for a charge of 60 Euros return door to door (cheaper than a taxi!).


Peyia village just five minutes walk away offers local shops, supermarket, bank with ATM machine, tavernas and pubs. Bowling club is less than one mile away.

You are just five minutes drive from Coral Bay beach and restaurants and twenty minutes to popular Paphos town with its charming harbour, restaurants, shops & bars.

Further Details:

Peyia still holds onto its strong Cypriot values. The original village, church and coffee shops with its meandering streets dominate the village centre where people pass the time of day. Surrounding villages such as Tela, Kissonerga, Chlorakas and St. George are all similar interesting places to visit. The local village shops seem to always be open in the village. The smell of fresh bread from the bakery and the meat cut to order at the local butchers, along with the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables at the local supermarket compliments this wonderful way of life. The views when walking down from the village are breathtaking! A visit to 'The Grande' a local taverna in the midst of the village to quench your thirst and a taste of local cuisine or try Savvas Grill with local Cypriot cuisine and join in the Cypriot dancing! With a car you can visit the beautiful surrounding beaches of i.e. Latchi, Polis, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Protaras.

Cyprus offers golf, water sports, horse-riding, fishing, mountain-biking, jeep safaris, tennis, Winter sun breaks and good nightlife.
