The house is located on 150,000sq.m private valley in the countryside near San Agustin on the west side of the island, a 5 minutes drive to Cala Bassa, 10 minutes to Cala Conta and 20 minutes to the exclusive sites like Es Torrent, Es Xarco or Cala Yondal. Beautifully crafted stones, white walls and old sabina beams. The house is full of light, open to the exterior and surrounded by small charming corners. It is authorised for use as a Holiday House in accordance with the laws of Ibiza´s local government (Registered as ET-E-0196)

About Pep Torres

Born in Ibiza, I am living in this area long time ago with my wife, two sons, a dog and two cats.

It is a very quite area, close to town, well comunicated, with all the services you may need just five minutes away and very close to Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches.

As an architect, I use to design beatiful and amazing Villas for my clients (www.planas-torres.com), so I decided to do it by my self being able to offer houses full of sensuality and optimism.

I hope you enjoy Can Rafal and Es Caló as much as I enjoyed building them.

Notes on accommodation: Situated in the wonderful and peaceful San Agustin area, a charming small place where you can find two mall and nice restaurants and also very singular people, is just a few minutes drive of San José, where you can find all the services you need. Sunset is spectacular. Hundreds of people are sitting on the rocks by the sea in Cala Conta or in Kumaras (10 minutes drive). The famous Cafe del Mar is just on the opposite side of the bay (20 minutes drive). Outside: The villa has a nice pool with different levels of water and a waterfall recalling the Arab channels. Over the pool a wooden slatted chill out with the shadow of the impressive sabine. Poolside lawn area and a cover terrace with outside sofas. Barbecue area, outside shower and a wonderful and quiet living under the pinos with the surrender of the sabinas and the nature of the island. In the front a well kept garden with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. There is a big porch with a large dining table and a living area. Close to the house, the finca has almonds, carob, olives and fig trees. Also you can find grapes and other natural fruits. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, cleaning equipment and backyard clothes line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Rental includes 4 hours of cleaning per day (not Sundays or public holidays), gardener and pool cleaner three times a week and abundant stock of bath and pool towels. Linen and towels changed according to need. Other: Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 with outside entrance and private terraces can be used also for a nanny, housekeeper or a guardian's house.
