About the property

3 bed 2 bath with shower on sundeck and views of the salt lakes

This luxury villa is in the residential area of Los Balcones with a lovely communal pool and children's pool with showers. Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away and a short drive or bus ride takes you to the many beaches in the area and into the centre of Torrevieja. Local activities include water parks, golf, cinema, bowling and go-karting. On top of our villa we have all day sunshine and for those that need to cool of there is a outside shower . There is a large flat screen tv and wifi available. ENJOY.

What makes this house unique

We have recently installed a new flat screen television and

wifi in our property. There is a lock up for customer use only which has various beach equipment and pool toys and extra chairs available. It is a large villa with plenty of space for everyone,

A well Maintained House with everything required for a great Holiday

The property is situated in a gated community, is well maintained and has all that you will require for your stay. A nice quiet area at the front where we had our morning coffee and tea in the sun. The pool is about 1 minute walk (if you walk very slow) from the house with a lovely grassed area surrounding it and can be seen from the solarium on the roof which is well equipped with loungers, table and chairs and even a shower to cool down. There are two small bars 3 minutes down the gentle hill where we had a light breakfast and coffee a couple of mornings for about 3 euro. within about 5 and 10 minutes there are two groups of restaurants we ate at the Chinese, good food great service and also 5 minutes further up the hill are another group of restaurants, where we had breakfast at Dave's 2 a phenomenal breakfast for 3.5 euro . Although we hired a car there is a bus stop about 20mtr down the hill that runs to Torrevieja. Norman was available if you required any advise and very helpful he even dropped off the local English paper a couple of times a week full of what's going on in he area. We also found the owner Brian very pleasant to deal with quickly emailing us additional information on the house the area and comprehensive directions. All in All we had a great 2 weeks stay. would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house.

The villa was lovely, a really nice home from home, very clean & spacious.

The villa was in a great location, with easy routes to Torrevieja, and also the motorways for further afield (Alicante & Huercal-Overa). It was lovely & clean with lots of room. The pool was great for us, a main pool for the older members of our party & a little pool for the baby, nice & warm & clear & right by the villa. Thanks to Brian & Sue for letting us stay & to Norman the keyholder for making us welcome.

Great for a family holiday, clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It was nice and clean plus comfortable and everything you need. The pool was a very short walk, plus a children area and pool, shops and bars are a 10 minute walk. No noise from bars. would be happy to choose this villa again.

Lovely comfortable house, well looked after and clean and had everything you needed for your holiday The development is small and the pool was lovely and quiet even though we stayed during both the British and Spanish school holidays, roof terrace was lovely for an evening Barbie. Mercadona about a 15 minute walk away and Norman was kind enough to take us to and from there on the day we arrived to do our "big shop". Five minutes walk down the hill to two bars, Jilly's which we didn't visit and El Capitain which we went to every night for a cheeky beer, we ate there as well and the food was excellent quality and value. 10 minutes up the hill there is a small commercial centre which did excellent breakfasts. Bus stop outside house takes you to Torrevieja and costs 1.35 euro each way. Communication with Brian was prompt and he was happy to answer any questions. Norman is a star and was so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Car: recommended


There are many beautiful sandy beaches along the Costa Blanca. All the main beaches are blue flag to meet EU standards and you will find pedalos, jet skis and all the usual water sports. Many have beach bars or cafes and sun loungers for hire. Because of the very hot micro-climate in this area, you will see people swimming and sunbathing during the winter months. We have supplied a cool box for picnics and small sun chairs for the beach. Please bring your own towels for the pool and/or beach.


A car is recommended to get around, but a local bus route goes to Torrevieja town centre and to some beaches. The villa is approx 15 minutes drive from Murcia Airport and approx 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. Cars can be pre-booked /hired from both airports.


There are many restaurants and bars in the local area. A short walk away, approx 2 mins, is a complex with local shops, bars and restaurants, and a mini-market. There is a very good Chinese, fish and chip shop, steak house and family run brasserie. Another complex is a further 5 min walk away.

A well stocked supermarket can be reached within 2 minutes drive for all your needs. There are also local markets in the area each day.

Further Details:

Whether you just want to laze in the sun and relax or explore the local area, this is the ideal base. Locally are 2 water parks, nature reserve, museums, safari park, boat trips and funfair on the seafront. Further afield you can get to Murcia, Cartegena and Elche, some lovely historical towns.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday dates. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required with the balance. The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the end of your stay, subject to the return of keys and no damage or excess cleaning Travel insurance is advisable before departing on holiday. Please note: Maximum 6 people only, this is a no smoking villa either in the property or gardens.

Changeover Day:
Access to the villa on the day of arrival is normally from 3pm. The villa must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure to allow for cleaning prior to the arrival of the next occupants.
