Apartment in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands - Located on Golf Course in 5 star Residential Area

A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment situated on a golf course in a quiet residential area of Las Rocas. The apartment captures the sun all day and there are wonderful views of mountains and the sea. There are beaches, bars and restaurants within walking distance or you can use the free courtesy bus which runs from the Elba Palace hotel which is less than 5 minutes walk. There is use of the communal pool which is gated and private which includes a shallow childrens pool, sunbeds and parasols. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged and Shelagh our representative will meet you from the airport or at the apartment if you have a car hire. She will show you around the apartment and make sure that you are comfortable and leave her contact details should you have any problems during your stay.

About The Owner

We are Teresa (Terri) and Dewi and live in Reading, We have 3 cats and love our garden. We have been holidaying in Fuerteventura for 15 years and love the relaxing pace of this idyllic island so much so that at the conception of las Rocas we decided to buy our dream apartment. We try to get out to the island 3 - 4 times a year and cannot wait to get to our top balcony and look out to the sea views and the mountains at the back.

Why The Owner chose Antigua

We purchased our property on the Golf Course in Caletta because of it's peaceful and scenic location but still near (15 mins) to the beach and restaurants and bars. Our location overlooks mountains.

What makes this apartment unique

We have 3 bedrooms one which is on suite and with a seperate toilet and shower. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine with an outside balcony. We have a lounge diner which leads outside via french windows to a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. We have further extensive patios where the sun shines on the apartment all day. The nearby beach is a shallow horse shoe which is very children friendly and is situated near a commercial centre where you can find various restaurants, bars and an extensive supermarket. The apartment is on a golf course and because of the all year sunny weather you can enjoy all year golfing.

Notes on accommodation: Because of the all year round sunshine there is no heating in the apartment but fans in all rooms. Although it is a residential area and very safe there are security that patrols the area during the day and night. Outside: Large extensive outside area, patio from lounge, along the hall will take you to a another patio with table and chairs with an archway to sunbathing area. Then going up the stairs will take you to an extremely large top balcony which is a very private area with another table and chairs and sun beds which can also be used for sunbathing from here you will see stunning views of the surrounding area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board.

Special interest holidays:

There is a diving school in the town of Caletta, windsurfing schools, Golf and golf tuition.


The beach is 10 minutes walk away but there is a free shuttle bus which runs from the Elba Hotel which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Other beautiful beaches can be found along the coast line in Jandia, Costa Calma to the South and El Cotillo and Corelloco to the North a car hire is recommended to see these.


Fuerteventura Airport is 10 minutes drive away and you will find taxis outside for around 20 euros, alternatively we can arrange a personal pick up service by Shelagh our representative at an extremely competitive rate.


Caletta De Fuste is 5 minutes away by car but a free bus service runs from the Elba Hotel - 2 minutes walk from the apartment and takes you into the centre of town where you will find an extensive choice of bars and restaurants - including Spanish, Italian and English and a selection of shops.

Further Details:

10 minutes walk will take you to Atlantico where there is a large supermarket, shops restaurants and bars which overlook the sea.

A cinema and bowling alley can also be found there. There is a weekly market in Caletta on a Saturday where you will be able to find many bargains - but be prepared to haggle.
