About the Owner

We live in England and both love the climate and often enjoy walks along the promenade taking in the fantastic views as well as the variety of bars and restaurants to stop and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. We often take the train to Torromolinos or Belamadena and walk along the beach when in the evening. The area around Costa Del Sol feels so relaxing. There is something for all ages here. The area is easily accessible from Malaga airport whether you drive or use the train or taxi services which are very reasonable priced.

Mrs L.K.Manchester..Thank you we had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious with all amenities you require even parking if you needed it. The pool was well maintained. In Fuengirola it was a lively resort with lots of resturants for most budgets and a large beach with all the usual activities. The zoo, Tivoli in Benalmadena and Aqua Park in Torromolinos were worth a visit.

Ms A.W Derby..We enjoyed your apartment it was home from home just what we needed.Had a great game of tennis and the pool was relaxing. Looking forward to another visit soon .

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 20 Kilometres Nearest Train : Torrablanca train station at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Torrablanca at 500 Metres

Coast/Beach:

The beaches at Torrablanca are very sandy, clean and wide. Just approximately 10 minutes walk away you will find yourself on one of the longest stretches of beach on the Costa Del Sol. There are ample shops, bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Malaga airport is 20 minutes by car/taxi. Alternatively you can catch the coastal train from Malaga to Torreblanca station and takes 30 minutes.

Walking distance to main road, there is a local bus service stop (across the road) for travel to Benalmadena and Torremolinos etc or bus stop (on this side of the road) for travel to Los Boliches and Fuengirola.

Distances:

Fuengirola Town is 10 minutes and Benalmadena is 20 minutes away. The well known beautiful white village of Mijas is just about 30 minutes away from Fuengirola Town.

Sites worth visiting for a day out is Rhonda with its beautiful scenic route and restaurant stop for lunch. Gilbraiter 90 minutes away and visit the monkeys.

Further Details:

Although the local taxis service is reliable and reasonable, we do however recommend the use of a car to get around for your sightseeing trips or book on excursions. Directions to the airport will be sent to you and details of car hire, trains and taxis if required. Our friends in the apartment below are residents and can help during your stay.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is also a children's play area next to the gardens and swimming pools. Lift access is from front gate or from the below underground car park block. There is below underground car park for anyone wanting to hire a car to go out for day trips. Outside: The apartment overlooks beautifully well kept gardens, swimming pools, tennis courts and children's play area, which is must sought after on holiday. Access to the terrace balcony can be made from the living room or master bedroom patio doors. The balcony is large and has seating and dining for up to 6 people with spare space for more. As there are strict Spanish lifeguard rules, the swimming pools are normally available from June to the end of September. Opening times for use of the pool are indicated on the swimming pool noticeboard. There is a strict no smoking policy in the apartment, however smoking is permitted on the balcony terrace area and outside areas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen and towels are included and supplied but please bring your own beech towels for pools and beach. If required there is clean bed linen provided. Also hair dryer is available. Other: Access to apartment is direct via front gate entrance and elevator, or from underground garage. 2 way entry phone used for gate access.
