This property is situated in San Eugenio Alto, Las Americas on Colina Blanca complex as one of the most popular areas in South Tenerife surrounded by superb scenery coupled with a glorious all year climate the terrace has one of the best panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean and is the adjacent island of La Gomera with uninterrupted views and stunning sunsets the property suits either couples or families also the apartment is a short stroll away from the popular area of Porto Colon harbour and beach. The Colina Blanca complex is within easy walking distance of the new Siam Park/water kingdom and the aquapark. Both of these water parks are somewhere you can spend a great day out with the kids or with a partner the aqua park consists of one of the best dolphin shows in Europe and also is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Or if you fancy something a bit more adventurous you only have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the brand new Siam Water Kingdom.

me and my wife have been going to Tenerife for many years we were both looking for an apartment for us to live when we retired but for the time being we have decided to do holiday rentals as we have a large family and make the most of flying to Tenerife when ever we can me and my wife are both teachers and we both love the peace and tranquility of the island which offers the relaxation we both require.

Why Keith grocock chose Adeje

Me and my wife have been going to Tenerife for the past 20 years we we love the (on the western edge of Playa las Americas) and is ideally situated for the beach of Porto Colon. One of the nicest in the area, the complex is near the centre for everything - shopping areas, restaurants and bars. The complex must have some of the best views and some of the best sunsets i've ever seen. It rarely has the peace and tranquility these views deserve.

What makes this apartment unique

One of the best things it has a nice mixture of permanent rentals and holiday rentals, which means that you always get plenty of room around the pool and some days you can have the whole pool to yourself. The staff are very helpful and always on hand to help.The property as free wifi and over 80 tv channels with movies a great way to unwind and keep up to date with freinds and relatives bc in the uk

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is very peaceful and quiet and would suit families and mature couples. Smoking not allowed within apartment but is allowed on balcony. There is a safe which is free of charge. Outside: There is a private large patio area with sun beds, table and chairs. There is also a large sun canopy to give you shade. There is a clothes dryer and washing line. Utility Room: Ironing board, dustpan and brush mop and bucket, sweeping brush. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and linen provided, fresh towels and linen supplied weekly. Please bring along your own towels for the beach and pool. Other: There's also lovely balcony with a spectacular view of the of the adjacent island La Gomera and is a brilliant place to sit and relax while you soak up the sun with a nice cold drink or to watch the unique Canarian sun set over the island.

Enjoyed a short break whilst visiting family in Los Cristianos which was around 10 Euro taxi ride away, This flat is clean and comfortable, has great panoramic views. Good size "dunking" pool with poolside bar serving snacks. Good size long balcony. All the basics are there in the kitchen including microwave and separate rottisier. Help on hand within the building if you need anything.Plenty wardrobe/storage space. Double bed sofa in living room. TV and DVD player. Really high up location but if you are fit for walking there are 3 levels on way down to sea front which all have shops and bars etc. Even before the main streets there are bars/deli/restuarants etc dotted around and supermarkets/Iceland. Only 5 euro taxi fare back up from sea front and you can buy multi trip bus ticket if you fancy jumping between resorts. Really handy for Aqua slides and rides etc. If you can face driving ,a car is handy but we managed without. Access via main reception involves 3 rather temperamental elevators but access behind flat is a dawdle.

Everything in good order but could maybe do with a shower upgrade and some new crockery, but really, who cares when on hols. Spoke to owner pre booking and he sent really helpful info before departure I recommend this flat.

Could of been cleaner

The best part of the apartment is the balcony and pool area.The apartment had a stale smoke smell we don't smoke also curtain poles covered in cobwebs in fact the whole apartment needed a deep clean and a bit of a revamp ie paint in bedroom half ceiling white other half cream.Bed no mattress protecter and mattress was marked yes the apartment was cheap but still could of been cleaner.I would stop this complex again but not this apartment.

Tenerife is very popular for walking, hiking, diving, whale and dolphin watching and big game fishing.


1500 meters from the beach of Porto Colon.


The airport is only 12 miles away from the apartment. Taxi from the airport costs about 20 euros. There is a pick up and drop off service that can be arranged. Car hire is easy and cars are just outside the terminal car hire for the week can be from 120 euros for the week.

Further Details:

The Canary Islands are are known as the year round sunshine destination throughout the year. The complex is close to the aqua park the the are plenty trips to choose from.
