A short walk from the apartment takes you to the superb and varied beaches from busy and sandy to small pebble coves, many of which are blue flag. There is a pleasant and scenic walk along the coast to Playa Flamenca, La Zenia for water sports, Cabo Roig and Punta Prima. The popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre is only a short stroll from the apartment, where you will find many bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Also nearby is a Go Kart track. There is an Aqua park just outside Torrevieja which also boasts a marina and long promenade. The fantastic Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura zoo park and Aqua Natura water park are about 90 mins away by car near Benidorm. Please note there is no smoking inside the apartment and no pets.

We had a great time apartment was lovely in a great location and the weather was amazing.

Some great beaches and the restaurants did great food at really cheap prices.

Great apartment

Had a great holiday at this apartment. It is bright, clean, spacious and everything that we could want for a relaxing time in Playa Flamenca. We have stayed in the area before and that's why we wanted to return. Great location for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The beach is a 20min walk away and the apartment complex has no shortage of pools to enjoy. Was lovely to be able to sit outside on the balcony in the morning as you weren't in the direct sun, that comes in the afternoon. Would recommend this apartment for couples and families.

Service and communication with Andrew was excellent as well, thank you.

Gorgeous Appartments, Pools. Very secure for children.

We stayed for a week in June the weather was great the apartment was perfect and had everything you could think of.

We will 100% before next year again.

The apartment was exactly as described, what we'd hoped for and expected. It was absolutely adequate, and both very clean and well maintained. The owner Andrew was more than helpful in making the booking and providing info, as was the local agent Andy who met us with the keys - 1st class service. It was close and accessible to all the facilities mentioned and in a superbly maintained complex. Air conditioning would have been added bonus but was not essential. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in going back or recommending it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Playa Flamenca

Very Good

A very nice apartment, beaches and central area all within walking distance. Balcony, as said, looked directly over pool, so kids are safe whist you can watch with comfort and ease and not worry about not being able to see where they are.

Would recommend to all.

Autum break

The apartment was good value for money. Very well located for the beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Playa Flamenca a lively resort with plenty to do and a beautiful new shopping centre at La Zenia if you like shopping. Owner very helpful on booking and a warm welcome from the agent who handed us the key. Nice to have two bathrooms, would be ideal for two couples sharing or family with teenage children. Only negatives would be beds not too comfortable in main bedroom, could do with more kitchen utensils e.g. measuring jug, and caserole dish for preparing own food.

Location

We chose the apartment for the afternoon and evening sunshine as it is west facing and on the quieter side of the complex. It also boasts a view over one of the swimming pools, allowing us to keep an eye on the children enjoying themselves in the pool and garden, while we relax on the balcony with a good book and glass of the excellent local vino. The complex is secure and safe, the surrounding area is lively without being rowdy. The apartment itself is very quiet in the evenings.

There are several beaches all within walking distance, the closest beach is a 10 mins walk. There are promenades linking formal walkways to 6 beaches to the south.

Alicante 45 mins. Murcia 20 mins. Airport pickups can be arranged. Murcia 35€ each way (if 2 cars requires 30€ per car). Alicante 45€ each way (if 2 cars required 40€ per car).

Distances:

Beaches, restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance.
