2 Bed, 1 Bath Villa - Beautiful, Peaceful Location Overlooking the Spanish Countryside & yet close to the local beach

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom Villa/bungalow (sleeps 4/6) 1 bathroom, open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Outside terrace with dinning área, own private parking space. The bungalows were built in 2004 and have since under gone improvements over the years. Whilst recovering from a long day at the beach, you can enjoy a cold refreshing drink on our well equiped patio area. It is excellently situated on a quiet road within the Complex of Mazarron Country Club, which is only a 5 minute stroll to the communal pool and restaurant/bar. Wifi & Aircon available on request and bed linen/towels are included.

About Martin & Macaela Songhurst

The property was built in 2004 and purchased, not long after. My wife moved out to Spain along with my daughter and also lives on the same complex. We have since purchased additional properties with the view of renting out to holiday makers of which we try to give a much enjoyed holiday experience.

The Villa has had much care and thought put into decorating and furnishing.

I think the location is great, whilst the complex is far enough away from the busy port área to not get the noise. It is close enough to visit on a daily basis for the beaches and shopping.

What makes this villa unique

To have such a great location with mountain views, is absolutely beautiful. We are ideally located, as we have a choice of 2 airports (another one being built - Corvera), not too close to the noisy holiday crowds/traffic (Spanish holiday resort), but close enough to visit. There really is something for everyone here from cyclists, golfers, diving and sightseeing.

Beautiful Setting

I stayed at this lovely villa with my 13 year old son and we both loved it. The Villa is very well equipped and has everything you need, including a BBQ which came in very handy especially when we discovered that the produce from the local supermarket was so good, and it was a pleasure to bbq outside in the evening with the stunning views of the countryside. Macaela and Martin were very helpful and accommodating, but not intrusive. This was an ideal location for us, as it was very peaceful but close to local amenities by a short car journey, and there were lots of interesting little towns and amazing countryside to see. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle.

deep relax

We liked this property very much, particularly we enjoyed the pool and the landscape with sheep. If you like history and archeology don't miss the visit of the prehistoric remainings called "La Bastida" in Totana (book the visit before).

Lovely villa in rural location.

We had a very peaceful holiday relaxing in this villa. It was clean and well equipped with a lovely pool and Macaela was very helpful. The views from the villa were dramatic and the villa itself was in a very quiet location.

The villa is a 15-20 minute drive from Peurto de Mazarron which is where most of the restaurants and bars are so having a car is essential as there are no buses at from the country club and no taxi rank.

We all enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very quiet and private, wonderful scenery and handy for all the local towns and places of interest. Villa was very clean and wifi was a must for the family. Macaela was very helpful. We would recommend this villa and location.

Perfect Holiday for us

We had a great holiday at this villa, the pool was a life saver, the villa was spacious and well equipped in a quiet area and lovely surroundings. The Wifi for the kids and TV (for world cup matches) were a great addition. We visited the Zoo/ Waterpark and the big shopping centre and strolled along Mazaron village in the eveinings.

This is a lovely villa in a superb location over looking the mountains of Mazarron. the pool was a must in the heat of the summer. The villa was supplied with every thing we needed for our stay.

Highly recommended if you like clean honest accommodation
