Apartment in Estepona, Costa Del Sol - 2 minutes walk to Estepona Port and 5 minutes walk to Beach

The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket, on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. Estepona Port is about 2 minutes away, the nearest supermarket and Pharmacy is metres from the comlex and the town centre can be walked in about 15 minutes. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona. I currently have 3 apartments to rent in this complex so do not hesitate to contact me as calendar dates may differ.

Why Donal Cross chose Estepona

The location basically sold it for us. The apartments are located within a two minute walk to the port where all the main bars and restaurants are located.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartments are situated in an ideal location.

There are various amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants all located within a few yards of the property. The apartments are located within a gated community and have access to two swimming pools, which are patrolled by lifeguards on during high season.

Wonderful apartment very clean with fabulous balcony. Fabulous swimming pool and good security so felt very safe. Ideally situated for the beach and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We had a brilliant time and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has climate control and is suitable for children. The owner also has two other similar properties in the complex. One of which is adjoined to this one. Ideal if more than one family are going on holiday together. Special rate is offered if two apartments are rented together. Outside: Garden area with two shared pools (life guards in summer) one pool is more child friendly. Large South Facing Terrace with Dining Table/Chairs and BBQ. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and Towels provided. Iron, Ironing Board and Tumble Dryer. Cleaner can be arranged if staying for long period at an additional cost. Other: Large south facing terrace with patio furniture for outside living/dining.

A spacious apartment in an ideal location.

My wife and I spent a most enjoyable ten days in the apartment . The owner's details are correct in every detail. It was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent,in a secure gated complex (Puerto Alto ) There are two swimming pools,ideal for young families.

Within 5-10 minutes walk there are two supermarkets,a pharmacy,a fantastic choice of bars and cafes and the promenade, which is ideal for a stroll after dinner . We recommend Healey Mac's Irish Bar for top quality food plus a superb view over the marina. Do not miss the bullring(Plaza de Toros ), ten minutes walk from the apartment. Entrance is free and there are museums upstairs.

We would gladly recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Car: not necessary


The apartment is situated overlooking the marina with beaches to both sides, to the left is Cristo Beach which is family friendly with a beach bar, sun loungers etc. To the right is the main beach running along the front of Estepona with the promenade running the length of this leading to the town. Both of these are within 5 min walk of the apartment. The marina is in front of the apartment which is still a working fishing port and marina which is also a 5 min walk.


The main airport servicing this coast is Malaga which is approximately 45 min from Estepona, you can also use Gibraltar which is about 30 min the other side of Estepona. A car is not required if you stay within Estepona, as everything is within walking distance, but I would recommend one as there are so many places of interest within a short drive, such as Ronda, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is a bus station in the town which a service is provided to each.


Gibraltar - 30 Mins

Marbella - 20 Mins

Puerto Banus - 15 Mins

Malaga - 45 Mins

Ronda - 50 Mins

Further Details:

Puerto Banus is only 10km away and is a must see. With high high scale restaurants and the major fashion houses all having stores here. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Armani and Versace are worth a look (Even for window shopping). Marbella is a further 5 min drive and the Orange Square is definitely worth paying a visit.. Other attractions include Estepona market, which is one of the largest in Spain and on a Wednesday morning is alive with everything you need. Sunday sees the market at the port where you can sit and have coffee or take a relaxing walk around the stalls. Gibraltar, with it's duty free shopping is a 30min drive but be sure to take your passport. Selwo Safari Park is a 10 min drive away and is well worth a visit.
