The apartment is located just behind the Supersol supermarket, on the opposite side of the road from the entrance to Estepona Port. The apartment is in the middle of the urbanisation making it one of the quietest properties available in the area. The urbanisation is gated and very secure. There is plenty of space around the gardens and two swimming pools for you to use. The apartment front door is located up a flight of stairs or there is a lift to all levels. Estepona Port is about 2 minutes away, the nearest supermarket and Pharmacy is metres from the comlex and the town centre can be walked in about 15 minutes. All in all an ideal quality base for your holiday in Estepona. I currently have 3 apartments to rent in this complex so do not hesitate to contact me as calendar dates may differ.

There are various amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants all located within a few yards of the property. The apartments are located within a gated community and have access to two swimming pools, which are patrolled by lifeguards on during high season.
Wonderful apartment very clean with fabulous balcony. Fabulous swimming pool and good security so felt very safe. Ideally situated for the beach and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We had a brilliant time and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.
My wife and I spent a most enjoyable ten days in the apartment . The owner's details are correct in every detail. It was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent,in a secure gated complex (Puerto Alto ) There are two swimming pools,ideal for young families.
Within 5-10 minutes walk there are two supermarkets,a pharmacy,a fantastic choice of bars and cafes and the promenade, which is ideal for a stroll after dinner . We recommend Healey Mac's Irish Bar for top quality food plus a superb view over the marina. Do not miss the bullring(Plaza de Toros ), ten minutes walk from the apartment. Entrance is free and there are museums upstairs.
