Beautifully appointed exceptionally well furnished ground floor 2 bedroom apartment on a Nicklaus designed Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort, situated between Balsicas & Roldan in the Costa Calida area of Murcia. The apartment provides comfortable & flexible accommodation for four, with air conditioning units in all rooms and very large south facing terrace providing easy access to the communal swimming pool and gardens. The terrace (accessed via patio doors to the lounge and bedroom 1) has views across the pool to the golf course beyond, and is flooded with sun from the early morning yet partially covered to allow guests to escape the heat. It has a dining table & six chairs allowing alfresco dining plus 2-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs for relaxing to enjoy a morning coffee or sun downer cocktails. Top quality sun loungers & pads to top up your tan are provided. In addition a roof terrace, barbecue, golf clubs, WIFI & ample adjacent parking are available for guests.

Alison and Ian are a professional couple who have purchased this luxury apartment for personal/family use and rental to others when available. They hold both hold positions in management with considerable experience of world travel both business and pleasure. There is access to another apartment on the same site owned by Alison's Brother and spouse, between the four individuals there is a wealth of experience in the Construction, Engineering, Finance/Insurance and Security sectors. The unique benefits of the property are ground floor is easy drive to the Mar Menor beach and for those who enjoy a more active holiday, the apartment is on a golf course, and also short drive to the Espuna National Park and Murcia City. The apartment is fully fitted with all you require a real home from home.

Central to Beach and Murcia City. Built within Farmland, enjoys good access to roads and airports at convenient distances. Golf courses are excellent and the availability of using all the Polaris courses.

Its located within a 45 min drive to Espuna National Park, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Many water activities are available at Mar Menor resort area in essence the area is ideal for those with an activity holiday in mind. However for those who require a less demanding holiday the alternative is to take a quiet relaxed holiday at the apartment either choosing to eat at the excellent local restaurants or choosing to go self catering. The choice is yours we feel this apartment suits all and we welcome you to prove us right.

What makes this apartment unique

Peace and tranquility,plus excellent security.Top grade golf course, general shop on site. Local to other activities and clean safe beach with many restaurants of various types. The property has an extensive terrace with good quality furniture. We also provide bath/ beach towels, together with shampoo and shower gels for your convenience. The apartment is fully equipped to enable you to have a small lunch or a dinner party for six if you so wish. Payments can be taken by Paypal direct payment to our bank account or personal cheques. We are flexible on when booking may start as we do not subscribe to the only Saturday rule.We have engaged the services of English keyholders who have extensive knowledge should you require assistance. There is an internet connection in the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: As this is a golf resort, childrens facilities are very limited, but the apartment is ground floor with a large grass area outside and the fenced communal pool with children's pool. The Mar Menor beach area is only 15 mins drive away with many activities i.e. diving, windsurfing etc, bikes are available for hire in this area. The beaches are blue flag standard with sand. The beautiful historic town of Cartegena is just 30 mins away with Murcia City a 30 minute drive. The on site golf course is "links style" and popular with guests, as are numerous other courses nearby. A supermarket and a pub serving meals on site is walking distance away. There are a variety of restaurants in a 15 min drive of the apartment, we would recommend visiting Santiago de La Ribena of a weekend evening time, this is a very local part of the Mar Menor and has a great atmosphere. The Espuna National Park and the monastery/hotel are also worth a visit. Outside: Terrace area of apartment more than 320sq ft gives access a good sized grassed area and a large unheated shared pool. Our terrace has a large dining table & six chairs allowing alfresco dining. We have also included a 2-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs for relaxing. In addition four quality sun loungers with pads to top up your tan are provided. We have a barbecue for our guests use in addition we also have a communal roof terrace which guests can access and use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All Bedding, towels and face cloths (including beach/pool towels) are provided and are freshly laundered for each booking. Cleaning/laundry/meet charge Eur 85 is paid to our key holder for each booking. 2 Beach style chairs and a picnic set available for use on days at beach etc. Golf clubs provided for use

Great apartment on a very nice golf complex.

This couple have thought of everything from the usb plugs to the information package that gave some great ideas of where to visit and what to see.

I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Clean tidy very well equipped, great sun loungers very comfortable bed.

Las terrazas

We stayed here recently and found this apartment to be perfect for us.

Well equipped, lovely and clean . It was so nice to wake up and have breakfast on this large ground floor terrace. South and south west facing makes it ideal for the sun worshipers or for anyone who likes the evening sun to sit, relax and even dine in.

Easy and friendly owners to book, and prompt payment of transfer.

We would definitely recommend this little gem.

A car is needed really and the resort would benefit by having more shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent apartment. We will most definitely be returning. Had a fantastic time

This is the first time we have booked an apartment on this site and we will definitely be doing it again. Alison and Ian have made the whole experience very straight forward. They sent us emails letting us know where everything was to be found when we got there and directions from the airport right to the complex were so easy to follow we found it no problem. Angela, the key holder met us at the gate and made sure we got to the apartment. It is a lovely place and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet, sat on the terrace reading a book with a nice chilled drink!

There is plenty of places to visit around the area but you do need a car which you can hire relatively cheap. Would recommend a trip to Cartagena its beautiful.

There is a bar/restaurant on site as well as a supermarket though we didn't use them but there's a few supermarkets within driving distance.

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan to return next year.

Can't find anything negative about our stay. It's just perfect.

Very comfortable

Very nice ground floor apartment, plenty of sun beds and room outside to enjoy them, south facing, so sun almost all day, apartment has a shower, instead of a bath, a great idea, communal swimming pool right in front of the apartment, this was our second visit, and will certainly visit again

We had a truly wonderful holiday. The gorgeous accommodation was even better than described. Furnished to a superior standard with everything you could ever possibly need. Situated perfectly for exploring the surrounding area and beautiful beaches. Safe and clean with fabulous amenities and friendly staff in the complex. The only downside was having to leave and come home !!!Would highly recommend this apartment and communications with the owners was excellent. We will definitely return. Outstanding value for money, thank you for allowing us to rent your property, a very happy Scottish family!!!

A fantastic apartment that exceeded our expectations. Alison and Ian have provided everything that you could possibly need and more besides. The pool is directly in front of the property and is very well maintained and it never got to busy. Within 5 minutes walk of the apartment you will find the clubhouse which has live music some evenings. We ate there a couple of times and found the food to be good. The small town of Roldan is 5 minutes drive from the apartment and has a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. Thank you Alison and Ian - we hope to return!!

Booking Notes:
Prices quoted are for the property per week and in pounds sterling. The minimum booking for short breaks is for 3 nights. A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the apartment - this is not refundable. In addition we require a £150 refundable damage deposit at least 14 days before the booking commencement date. There is a charge of 85 Euros per booking for meet, laundry, cleaning & emergency contact from English key holders during your stay. Payment by PAYPAL can be arranged.

Changeover Day:
We look for guests to vacate by 12.00 and new arrivals 16:00, depending on your flights and incoming guests-poss flexible There may be an additional charge payable to the key holder for very late or early arrivals due to having to work unsociable hours.
