Elviria is a suburb about ten kilometres east of Marbella with a bus service ten mins walk from the villa.

A safe is provided for guests' valuables. Outside: Ground terrace has BBQ with dining table/chairs, small private swimming pool (deep, not suitable for toddlers), and outdoor shower. Individual terraces have splendid sea views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided for use in villa only. Please bring own beach towels. Cleaning services and linen change available at a supplement on request. Laundry facilities: washing machine, iron and iron board.

Outstanding

Following a fantastic holiday at this villa last year, we can't wait to return this August. Not only is it in an ideal location, very close to the beach, but the villa itself is of a very high standard. The owner is very friendly and trustworthy, and has been happy to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous

Absolutely loved staying in this villa. It's located very close to the beach in fact you walk out of the garden gate turn left and the beach is less than 2 mins round the corner and its a beautifully clean beach too with a good few quality restaurants and beach bars (not too noisy). We didn't have a car but found the lady on the kiosk (at the end of the road) was very handy as she called for a cab every time we needed one and was very helpful with information for shops etc. There is a good link to many places via the bus, the bus stop in a small walk away and they runs very frequently and are very good value for money.

The villa is very well equipped, very comfortable and spacious and we hope to return next year.

The owner of the property, Tony is trust worthy with deposits etc and I would very happily recommend the hire of this villa.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at the villa in August and had a wonderful time. Everything from booking the villa to collecting the keys from the management company was extremely efficient and smooth. In fact the lady from the management company was extremely helpful and even dropped us off at the nearest supermarket after giving us the keys!

The villa is beautiful, decor is modern and spotless. We were really surprised with the space and how each of the three bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and were very self contained. The terrace on the first floor is great and the roof top area a really nice touch to sit and watch the sunset.

The pool area is ample with a great bbq and the jacuzzi is a really nice feature.

The villa is 2mins walk from the gorgeous sandy beach, where we could always get loungers no matter what time of day.

Overall a fantastic stay, we were a party of 5 and would all definitely recommend this villa to family and friends - a hidden gem.
