Sitting / dining room with wood burning stove, oak framed door into a private garden with acres of farmland beyond make this a cosy and peaceful haven. Well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
An idyllic stream flows just below the Old Toolshed, which is ideal for those swimmers who can bear the cold of the waters straight from the top of Pen y Fan.
Pen yr Heol, meaning 'Head of the Road', is a wonderfully secluded, sympathetically restored, fabulously well-equipped, old shearing barn situated high up in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is spacious and luxurious 5-star self catering accommodation, sleeping up to 10 people comfortably. This is an ideal base from which to explore the Beacons either on foot, by bike or by horse and an idyllic place to sit back, relax and enjoy the panoramic views. The Old Toolshed, which sleeps 2, is situated at Pentwyn Farm, overlooking acres of lush green pasture and is ideally situated for exploring and enjoying the Brecon Beacons National Park. It has the benefit of its own private garden with BBQ and wooden garden furniture and is a minutes walk away from an exquisite stream in which it is deep enough to swim.
