Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Vale do Milho golf course. The villa has a private pool (heating extra - £140 pw)) with extensive leisure area with BBQ, pool shower, tables, seating and sunbeds. Double doors lead to a circular entrance hall with stairs sweeping up to the first floor en-suite master bedroom with patio doors leading onto a terrace with lovely sea views. The entrance hall also leads to the lounge/dining room, bright fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom, and internal courtyard with BBQ. Two more en-suite bedrooms, one with separate bath and shower and one with shower are also situated on the ground floor. The villa is equipped with partial air-conditioning/heating, and has wood burning fire. 42" plasma TV with internet streaming TV system incorporating all Sky and BT channels. System also includes Video Club, consisting of over 5000 films. Free wi-fi, smart Blu-ray player, DVD player, and safe. Outside there is a table football machine. The property also has electric gates.

Notes on accommodation: Living room and hall have partial air conditioning which is free of charge. Telephone for receiving all calls and making local calls is also free. Wi-fi free of charge. Outside: The terraces surrounding the 9 x 4.5m pool are south facing. There is a roman end with steps into the pool, a pool shower, BBQ, tiled table and seating. Further free standing patio dining furniture and 6 sun loungers. The internal courtyard has a lockable gate to the pool area. There is also an electric awning for shade. At the front of the villa there is ample parking space. The extensive gardens are well established. There are also remote control electric gates at the entrance to the property. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board. Washing machine for maid's use. Maid will do small washes if required. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service normally Monday to Friday. Bed linen changed weekly, towels changed twice weekly. Gardener and pool cleaner. Other: Entrance hall with air conditioning. Cloakroom with wc and washbasin. Internal courtyard with BBQ, tiled seating.

An amazing stay at an amazing villa

We stayed at the villa for 10 days in April, after reading reviews and the description we were really looking forward to our stay, we were not dissapointed. The villa was perfect for our needs, my wife is disabled and the fact that 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor was ideal. Our daughter stayed with us and used the upstairs bedroom which was huge and had the large balcony with amazing views. All three bedrooms are en-suite with spacious well equiped bathrooms. The furniture and fittings give the villa a really homely feel and you are relaxed the minute you first walk in. There was everything that we needed from extensive kitchen ware to more than enough towels etc. Thepool was more than large enough and the heating a good choice to have, the patio around the pool has plenty of seating and sun loungers with a large brick built BBQ which got plenty of use during our stay. The electronic gates to the villa give you a feeling of security, once through the gates you are led to an area with ample car parking space with great views of the adjacent golf course. The area is very peaceful and sitting outside in the early evening with a glass of wine or two became the norm. We would not hesitate in staying at the villa again and would definately reccomend it for families or couples. The area has everything we needed plenty of resteraunts, shops and supermarkets. There are some amazing views and beaches such as Benagil and Carvoiero both only short drives from the villa. The owner, Sheila was a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more responsive or informative. Lastly a quick mention for the management company TLC properties, Janeete that we delt with was extremely helpful and proffesional, nothing was too much trouble. We had a truly enjoyable stay at the villa, the only shame was that eventually we had to go home, I hope we will return to the villa again soon, thank you Sheila for letting us use your amazing home.

Lovely Villa

When we arrived we were really impressed with the villa, it’s so spacious and homely and well stocked. There were 6 of us staying in the villa. The location is good in a quiet area with shops, restaurants and a beach in walking distance and a taxi into Carvoiero was only a 5 minute drive. There is a larger supermarket not so far away and taxi drivers were very helpful, we also used a taxi to get to the waterpark which is a great day out and again, didn’t cost much.

The pool in the villa was bigger than expected based on the photo and the pool heating was defiantly worth paying the extra for. The patio area was lovely with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The views of the golf courses and the sea from the upstairs balcony were amazing. Each bedroom and bathroom was a good size. The villa also has Sky TV and Wifi.

I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay in a nice quiet location.

My family and other family stayed for 4 days vacation. The villa was beautiful, nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean.The Kitchen had everything that you might need and more. Lovely swimming pool area. Perfect location. we all felt like at home. lovely people at the Agency. I Would definitely recommend!

we can't wait to return!

Lovely Villa

A lovely, comfortable villa. Clean and well stocked. It is in walking distance of a few restaurants, two of them being exceptional, especially if you like fish.

The three bedrooms are all a good size.

The beautiful garden dining set also really made the pool area, very comfortable, and attractive.

We have stayed in a few villas in this area and this villa was equally pleasant, and had a couple of extra plus points such as the lovely upstairs balcony and the good nearby restaurants (Rustics, and Jardim do Farol).

We would be happy to recommend the villa, and the owner was pleasant to deal with.

Excellent accomodation

Beautiful Villa inside and out. Maintained to a very high standard. This was ideal property for us being 3 couples as we each had our own rooms with en suite. Owner Sheila was very helpful during our stay and a nice surprise was the welcome pack on our arrival. Local taxi service was excellent and very reasonable as we did not hire a car. Would highly recommend this property

Fabulous villa which fully met our needs. The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The pool is large and the pool heating was a worthwhile extra.

The villa is well maintained and the maid service is great. The Welcome pack was appreciated as we didn't need to go straight to the shops on arrival.

We loved the position of the villa with its great views over the golf course and of the sea from the first floor balcony. It is in a small seaside town with good restaurants and shops; larger cities are easily accessible by car.

We would definitely recommend this villa and would like to stay again in the future.

The nearest beach is Centianes, a short drive or 10 min walking. Several other pretty coves and beaches are a short drive such as Albandeira, Marinha, Benagil, Smugglers Cove and Carvoeiro, most have a beach bar/restaurant.


Faro Airport is approx 65km and takes around 45 minutes, mostly motorway. Car hire is advisable, but there are taxis available.


The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 5 min walk. Several other supermarkets and many restaurants can be found in and around Carvoeiro, 5 mins drive. Larger supermarkets are further out of the village with large shopping malls in Portimao, 15 min, or Guia and Algarve Shopping 20 min.

Further Details:

Water sports can be found at Ferragudo beach, 15 mins. Slide and Splash, Zoomarine and similar centres are well publicised, with excursion packages available. Also excursions to Faro and Lisbon. The International Autodrome is 20 mins drive away and Spain 1 hour on the motorway (check with car hire company that you and the vehicle are insured).

Tennis is available at Rocha Brava, 5 mins walk, and Carvoeiro Club, 10 min drive.
