Apartment on the 7th floor (access by lift) with balcony giving pool and part mountain views. Large shared pools and children's pool. Situated in a quiet residential block located in central Los Boliches. A fabulous location to reach all amenities by foot.No car is neede at all. A large supermarket is located only 4 minutes away, the beach is a 8 minute stroll and there is ample choice of bars and restaurants just within a few minutes. The train station is approx a 10 minute walk away, so should you wish to explore Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga, the train is a easy and cheap form of transport and runs directly into Malaga airport. Please check availability map before contacting us. Check in is after 2.30pm on day of arrival / Check out is 11.30pm on day of departure

We bought this apartment with our friends just over 9 years ago after holidaying in this apartment for the previous 20 years and love having a place in Los Boliches. We have fully refurbished this to a high standard to make it feel like home rather than a holiday let. We hope that others will enjoy it as much as we do!

Fab break with friends

Had a great holiday in this very impressive apartment.Great location 10 minutes walk to the beach and in a safe area for walking out in the evening to the numerous good restaurants nearby.

Apartment was spotless well equipped and extremely comfortable especially the beds

Owners were more than helpful with all aspects of the booking and information given to us .We will definitely be back

Excellent large apartment with all mod cons.....

We arrived here Christmas Eve 2015 for a week and were immediately impressed with the apartment. A large three bedroom with ample space and fully equiped with everything you will need, including a full English language Sky package on the 42" LCD TV and Wireless Internet which are great after a long day out and about. Full instructions are in the flat with regard to passwords and TV channels etc.. (also I should mention there are also several European channels on the TV as well) - It really is an extremely comfortable "Home from Home". We never heard a sound at night, and the whole week was very relaxed. Within a short walking distance, there are miriad bars and cafes and shops etc, plus the walk from the apartment to the main esplanade is only an easy stroll of around 10 minutes. Fuengirola is a really big town with plenty to do, but bewrae of the dreaded traffic wardens - there's loads of them. A word to the wise regarding parking around the town - don't slip up like we did and park up in a meter zone without buying a parking ticket - you most likely will get nabbed. This was on Christmas day as well!!

Public parking outside the apartment was always available - we used the spaces behind the apartment building.

Gary and Sharon were great to deal with and no problems were encountered throughout the communication process.

All in all a highly recommended accommodation for anyone travelling to Fuengirola. We have recommended it to friends of ours who are looking to book later in 2016.

1st time stay - couldn't ask for more, brilliant

Absolutely loved this apartment. We stayed in Los Boliches in 2013 in an apartment in the same complex (a family friends). Loved Los Boliches and wanted to come back again and were lucky enough to find this gem. We will defo be staying at this apartment again, we loved everything about it. It's been modernised and has everything you could think of. Sharon and Gary who own the place were so helpful. The bars and beach is a short 5 min walk. The area has a lovely feel to it and is so friendly and easy going. The pool area is fantastic and so well looked after. Can't wait to go back again. Don't hesitate, just book!

Brilliant modern apartment owned by great people

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment. Gary and Sharon who own this have always been fantastic to deal with. The apartment is perfect, has everything and more you would expect to need. Ranging from a well equipped kitchen, to all the mod cons - wifi, air con, Sky TV etc. Its a home away from home and cannot wait to get another week in soon. This is a sought after property so I advise you book well in advance! Thanks again Sharon and Gary for a great week.

Brilliant appartment

This is a great appartment. It is a home from home with everything we needed to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The balcony gets the sun from early afternoon until late evening which is great if you want to relax with a glass of wine!

Nearest Airport : malaga at 20 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 150 Metres Nearest Golf : at 3 Kilometres Nearest Train : los boliches at 600 Metres Nearest Motorway : at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 150 Metres Nearest Ski : at 100 Kilometres Nearest Beach : los boliches at 800 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Fuengirola is most famous for its 5 miles of golden beaches (European blue flag award). Sunbed areas provide showers and foot washes. There are areas designated for volley ball, pedalos, water skiing, jet ski's and most other water sports. The promenade is said to be the best on the Med. and offers beautiful monuments and resting places every few steps. You will see many people both local and tourist taking relaxing strolls most evenings on. (see my photo bucket address below for more photos).

Travel:

Malaga airport is 15 miles away and takes approx 20 mins by car - taxis are readily available. Regular cheap train service from Malaga airport to Los Boliches takes approx 30 mins and apartment is 5 min walk from station. Maps available after booking.

Distances:

All shops, banks, buses and trains are well served in the village and are within minutes walk. Trips to Gibraltar, Nerja, Tangiers, Ronda are available at local agents. Keeping in touch is cheap and easy with many internet and telephone call shops nearby.

Further Details:

Locally everything you need is close by and only minutes on foot. There are supermarkets, gift shops, bars, (English and Spanish), Internet access, cash points and currency exchange. There is a wide range of restaurants in many styles (most reasonably priced). Los Boliches "centre" is about a 5 minute walk away and has more variety. Fuengirola, with an even greater range of facilities (better shopping for the girls, siesta 2-5pm, but open until 9.30/10pm) is 10-20 minutes easy walk. You may also want to visit the Miramar shopping centre, Mijas Aqua Park, Fuengirola Zoo (day and/or evening), Mijas "pueblo" (white village), or the city of Malaga (45 minutes by train) for shops, cathedral, castle or port. Supermarkets, tapas, bars, restaurants, banks, chemist, restaurants, shops and travel links by bus, train and taxi are all at the doorstep of the apartment. You can travel up the mountains to Mijas, walk to the weekly Spanish market or visit Aqua Park.

  • Notes on accommodation: Free Wifi is now fitted in the apartment. Air-conditioning (HOT AND COLD) in all the bedrooms and the lounge and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A cot with linen for infants can also be supplied. Please state if a cot is needed.
