Purchased as a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), but renting out to any one who would like to enjoy very comfortable accommodation close to the local amenities. We find the Cypriots are wonderful people who make you feel very welcome, in a beautiful hot and sunny climate. I work as a Sales Engineer and, my wife Cathryn is an Administrator at a Nursing Home. We are both just ordinary people, who enjoy the adventure of true holiday independence, away for the "Package Deal", where you can think and plan for yourselves. Please book your holiday with us and enjoy the comfort of our lovely Apartment for a week or two, you will not be disappointed.

Why Peter Jeffrey chose Famagusta region

Far enough away from the crowd to be peaceful and quiet, but only 10 to 15 minutes car ride for lively nightlife. We find the Cypriots are wonderful people who make you very welcome, in a beautiful hot and sunny climate. Only 45 minutes from Larnaca Airport. Beautiful scenery, plenty to do. Can explore the whole region by car, independent from the "Package Deal".

What makes this apartment unique

Hot sunny climate. Our second home in the sun. Unwinding and socialising by the pool with the other guests. Within walking distance of the Kapparis Strip (Little England) with bars, restaurants, shops even a Take Away.

Notes on accommodation: First floor apartment overlooking the pool. individual remote controlled air conditioning units in lounge/dining, and each bedroom, these also provide heating should it be required. Outside: Shared solar heated swimming pool and smaller kiddie’s paddling pool with adjacent toilets and changing facilities. Please see the attached photographs. Garden, plants, pleasant landscaping surrounding the complex. Undercover parking for up to 2 cars. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, clothes airer and pegs are provided in the kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for use in the apartment only. Please use your own towels for the pool and beach. The apartment will be cleaned before arrival, any additional cleaning, bed linen and towels (changed weekly) can be provided at extra cost. Other: Dining kitchen, table and 6 dining chairs. Under cover car parking for up to 2 cars. Sun beds are provided for guests use by the pool.

Very Homely, well equiped, Overlooking the Pool from the Veranda.

Lovely new Suite including a 3 seater Sofa Bed. Jon & Pauline, the Owners Management team very helpful especially with local knowledge.

TV, DVD Player for the evenings. Wi-Fi so you can keep in contact with your Buddies.

Lovely view of the Pool just over the Balcony, (with Table & Chairs we never ate inside).

so you can keep an eye on the kids.

Try the Filios Restaurant, just 10 minuet's walk away on the Kapparis Strip ( Little England) Meal for 2 including drinks only less than Euro 60, including Tip. Bars, shops and more restaurants.

Entertainment on Thursday and Friday Night, a great night out within walking distance.

In Perena, only 10 minuets drive, try the Saddle Bar, entertainment every evening and a very warm welcome from Dagma.

If you do not feel like preparing a meal, eat at Knights Bar, beforehand, expellant food very Good value.

Travelling further afield , Perena, Sphinx, Rockafellas for entertainment, numerous Restaurants, shops & ICE CREAM Parlours.

Finally Ayia Napa, for very lively evening, for the young at heart, only 15- 20 minuets drive away. For a quieter venue say Hi to Alex, at the Queen Vic, Pub by the Harbour.

Overall an excellent location , but Hire a car for the 45 minuet drive for Larnaca Airport and explore Cyprus, as the Locals see it.
