About Eddie

We both live and work in Edinburgh,Scotland. We love Scotland but the weather is,to put it politely, not the best! We fell for Cyprus 3 years ago and now spend most of our holidays there. We would both like to retire here, some day!!

Why Eddie chose Paphos

We bought this property for many reasons, with it, you get the best of both worlds. Peaceful location situated between the sea and the hills but still only 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Paphos harbour and town centre where there is something for everyone. A 10 minute stroll from the apartment gets you to the picturesque village of Gereiskipou which has just been fully restored where you will find many types of local shops, cafes, restaurants and tavernas.

What makes this apartment unique

The benefits to renting this property, easy access to and from the airport (10 mins in Cyprus taxis, 15 mins if driving yourself!!). Unlike a villa the penthouse is all on one level with elevator access from the secure underground parking. The communal pool area is all on one level with toilets and showers. The property consists of a family room with king size bed and sofa bed/en-suite. 2nd bedroom 2 single beds/family bathroom. 3rd bedroom 2 single beds/en-suite. All rooms equipped with towels/hairdryers /AC and fully fitted wardrobes. Family room and bedroom 3 have safes. Whether a family holiday or fun in the sun the 21 metre by 4 metre balcony is the ideal place for outside living be it baking or dining! On the balcony there is dinning table, 6 loungers/towels provided, parasoles, BBQ.

Outside:20 meter balcony,probably the longest in Cyprus!!! 21x4m private balcony with BBQ, pergola, 6 sun loungers, parasoles, table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining where you can also enjoy a glass of something cold while watching the sun go down.Outside lighting and access from all bedrooms and living area. The complex of 18 apartments has a centre pool,available all year round. There are showers and toilets beside the pool. Utility Room: Washing machine in family bathroom. Airers in all rooms, iron and board available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Beach towels included. Property is cleaned after rental, unless you would like a mid clean which is negotiable. Other: Spectacular 21x4m balcony with 6 sunbeds and 6 setting dining table and chairs.

As stated 15 mins from Paphos airport Car hire recommended, but not essential. Plenty of taxis available.


10 mins walk Gereskipou, village. 15 by car to Paphos town or harbour.

15 mins from Paphos airport. The harbour area in Paphos is called Kato and offers a great range off waterside cafes and restaurants. The marina,also down there offers a wide range of water sports and excursions.
