The Penthouse, offered by Alps Accommodation Samoens, is a stunning ski in, ski out 7 bedroom property sleeping 14, in the heart of the traffic free centre of Morillon Les Esserts. Located on the 5th floor at the top of the property, with a lift to your own private landing, leading to over 190m2 of dual aspect living. The property was partially renovated in Autumn 2015 to offer even more comfort and luxury. There are stunning views at each end of the apartment, with the south facing side overlooking the ski slopes. A large lounge features huge deep sofas and a warming log burner.

With all the resort amenities on hand, including restaurants, ski hire, shops and a creche, this is the perfect spot for a luxurious and hassle free holiday. Sleeping up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, all with ensuite, this is the perfect place for large groups.

This apartment boasts a private closed double garage.

Fantastic apartment and position

Enjoyed a fantastic ski/snowboarding holiday here. The apartment was wonderful, everything we expected and more. The welcome basket of all the essentials was a nice touch after a long drive.

Very well equipped with everything you need including many games, toys, dvds etc which kept the children entertained when they weren't at ski school or having fun on the slopes.

There is a small supermarket which is well stocked and enough places to eat out.

Would definitely recommend especially families and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Morillon is the perfect base for an all round activity holiday. There is mountain biking, rafting, hiking, horse riding, tennis, golf, canyoning, parapenting, the list is endless!

Beach:

In summer Morillon lake which is superb for swimming is open. Life gaurded beach area and sunbathing areas.

Travel:

Geneva airport 1 hour. Calais 8 hours. Nearest train station Cluses, 20 minutes.

Distances:

The beautiful historic village of Morillon, is accessible by gondola from Morillon Les Esserts during daylight hours or a short drive away. The medieval village of Samoens with plenty of shops, restaurants and activities is 15 minutes drive away. Other local places of interest within a hour are Chamonix Mont Blanc, Yvoire and Annecy.

Further Details:

Morillon Les Esserts has a supermarket, ski hire shops, numerous well priced restaurants, bars with internet access, cafes, Creche, children's play ground. In summer the lift is open making it a perfect destination for mountain biking and hiking.
