Accommodation With Private Heated Pool, Sea Views & Free Wifi

Large plot, 3 bed villa with private heated pool and sea views, newly renovated! Modern and contemporary Callao Salvaje located villa with its white washed walls and splashes of Arabian colour is a true retreat. Large open plan living area with cool leather sofas and flat screen TV, hosting a variety of UK channels. The area is complete with dining area and open kitchen with sparkling granite worktops and island. Fully equipped with all appliances. Large glass doors allow this room to continue to the patio area with splendid sea views. All rooms have fitted robes. Master bedroom has a dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps along with an Ensuite bathroom and doors onto the patio. Twin and second double bedroom have bedside cabinets and lamps, Both share a shower room. The pool is heated* and private with tropical vegetation and a decked and tiled sun terrace surround. Gates lead to the pool area making it safe for small children.This is a contemporary boutique style property.

The villa is in a quiet location but also within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.The pool is very clean and was the warmest we have ever had. It was lovely, especially on a really hot afternoon. The towels and bed linen were all clean. It is a really nice villa and very secure. The only thing that I could say against it is that it just needed a sweep and a mop.

We travelled with 3 teenagers and they enjoyed it.

There is an internet shop close by so kids can keep in touch with mates back home. - B/H's, York September 2009.

Overall the property worked for us. Good pool area, located close to shops. The notices listed throughout the villa on security felt a little intimidating on arrival but duly noted.

Family holiday

My husband daughter son in law and two grand children had a great holiday in villa at Easter.Outside space great with heated pool.Villa very secure a 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket and 10 minutes to bars and restaurants.We hope to return in the future.

Super holiday in a secure well maintained villa

This is the second time we have stayed at The Palms Villa and it felt like going home. The villa is secure, clean, well maintained both inside and out. Sleeps 6 easily with well stocked dishes etc in the kitchen for anyone who wants to self cater. It has a lovely terrace for dining outside, a bbq and a very well maintained private pool. Calleo Salvaje while not as busy as some of the resorts is lovely with two very good supermarkets, quite a few shops and some great restaurants including La Romantica and The Steakhouse to name just two. There is a very good bus service and taxis are always available. The villa and its pool are excellent for children.

Our favourite property in Callao Salveje

This has been our third stay at this property. It is well kept, clean and comfortable. All facilities advertised are available and if anything arises the local manager is excellent. The pool is a good size and a good temperature and has the advantage of space around for sunbathing. A gentle stroll brings you to two mini-markets and the bus stop from which many organised trips pick up. The view from the front includes La Gomera and to the rear Teide. The lounge area is very comfortable and spacious with arm chairs and settees and a good sized television with English channels. We intend to keep returning here for our Winter sunshine.

Nice Villa with a great view and Pool Area

We loved our stay in the Villa. It was very quiet and with a great view from the Terrace, with a lovely sunset almost every evening in 3.weeks. The Pool Area was great with a lot of place. It was clean and warm. Every week a poolman came around and checked. Every week we had changed the bed linnen and towels

If you are looking for a holiday for relaxing, this is the perfect place.

Callao Salveje is a little place but with some nice restaurants and supermarkets where you can get you daily supplies. Everything is close to the house. There is a little beach where you can go for a swim if the waves are not too high !

I went To the Villa with my friends for two weeks and after that my children and little granddaughter arrived the last week. Everybody loved it. I'm sure we will go back there some day.

Changeover day is preferred Tuesday or Friday. We reserve the right to amend your requested dates at the enquiry stage to maximise the available space. Check in 1600 hours. Check out 1000 hours.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, to secure the period. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
The full balance and damage deposit are payable 12 weeks before arrival.
Payment accepted via Bank Transfer (preferred) or via PayPal. PayPal transactions incur a 3.4% fee per transaction .
Cancellations within the 12 week period will render the total amount non refundable.

  • Situated in the peaceful and relaxing resort of Callao Salvaje. The resort is very safe for families or those trying to get away from the “Costa Attitude.” If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other resort. It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the upmarket resort of Los Gigantes. A short stroll away from the villa is the main resort consisting of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. There are a few hotels, which offer use of gym for a small fee. The beach is sand. The championship golf course in Adeje is a short drive away for those wishing to absorb the beauty of the south coast. Taxis and buses are readily available for those wishing to explore the bustling resort of Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristanos.
