Large plot, 3 bed villa with private heated pool and sea views, newly renovated! Modern and contemporary Callao Salvaje located villa with its white washed walls and splashes of Arabian colour is a true retreat. Large open plan living area with cool leather sofas and flat screen TV, hosting a variety of UK channels. The area is complete with dining area and open kitchen with sparkling granite worktops and island. Fully equipped with all appliances. Large glass doors allow this room to continue to the patio area with splendid sea views. All rooms have fitted robes. Master bedroom has a dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps along with an Ensuite bathroom and doors onto the patio. Twin and second double bedroom have bedside cabinets and lamps, Both share a shower room. The pool is heated* and private with tropical vegetation and a decked and tiled sun terrace surround. Gates lead to the pool area making it safe for small children.This is a contemporary boutique style property.

The villa is in a quiet location but also within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.The pool is very clean and was the warmest we have ever had. It was lovely, especially on a really hot afternoon. The towels and bed linen were all clean. It is a really nice villa and very secure. The only thing that I could say against it is that it just needed a sweep and a mop.

We travelled with 3 teenagers and they enjoyed it.

There is an internet shop close by so kids can keep in touch with mates back home. - B/H's, York September 2009.

Situated in the peaceful and relaxing resort of Callao Salvaje. The resort is very safe for families or those trying to get away from the “Costa Attitude.” If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other resort. It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the upmarket resort of Los Gigantes. A short stroll away from the villa is the main resort consisting of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. There are a few hotels, which offer use of gym for a small fee. The beach is sand. The championship golf course in Adeje is a short drive away for those wishing to absorb the beauty of the south coast. Taxis and buses are readily available for those wishing to explore the bustling resort of Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristanos.

The Palms villa is pretty much perfect for a couple or families, the children will love the pool. It is a very "private" terrace/pool area for a very relaxing stay with every thing needed for a great holiday.

Just one minor thing missing, would be nice to have a basic welcome pack, litre of water, few sachets of sugar and coffee, few tea bags etc., just to see you throught the first day or so.

Wonderful villa wonderful location

My family of 5 plus our teenage sons pal stayed in this lovely villa for 7night. The villa is very spacious and equipt with everything you need for self catering. Its very comfortable and clean and due to its quiet location its very relaxing. The pool is very clean and the kids loved it. For those who would like to dine out the jamon jamon resturant is a wonderful place to eat and and has amazing views. We loved going to the waterparks and booking these was hassle free and the whale and dolphin watching was amazing! We paid more to go out on the skyline which was perfect with only 11 of us in total on board. We will defiantly going to make this villa a regular visit. Thanks Aimee for making the whole booking process easy and enjoyable x
