Many top quality restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, hairdressers, car hire, gymnasium with paddle courts, boat charter are a 5 minute walk away.

Some of the best beaches on the island can be found in Porto Colom. The beautiful beach of Cala Marcal with its fine white sand surrounded by cliffs is a short drive or a leisurely stroll away. This large (240sq.m) town house is completely new as is all the furniture. In the living room WiFi, Sky HD and Astra Satellite TV, New HD flat screen TV and HD DVD in lounge. New flat screen TVs, DVDs and satellite TV in all bedrooms. PlayStation 2 with games. Nespresso Krups coffee machine. Bikes available for all the family. Table tennis Outside: Lovely landscaped gardens and beautiful Mediterranean architecture. The enormous main pool and the small natural pool are fenced off for child protection. The main pool is enormous, measuring 750sq.m. The second smaller pool is filled with potable water and is ecologically filtered. Various natural fountains with fish are located within the vast landscaped garden. The house has a beautiful private fenced off garden, a covered terrace with a barbecue ideal for entertaining on long summer afternoons and evenings, tropical timber dining table and seating for eight. The main bedroom has it's own private terrace with lounge chairs and table it also has a lovely private solarium with sea views equipped with two sun loungers and parasol. The second bedroom has a balcony which overseas the beautiful landscaped gardens. The whole complex is a lovingly built typical Mediterranean Village where you will never tire of exploring and discovering new details and magical features. Excellent accommodation amazing location

The property is second to none, Terrace with enough seating for outdoors dining,plus BBQ, roof terrace and pool just a walk away. The interior was very modern everything to a high standard, beds comfy and everything you could want. The location of the property is superb everything you could want in easy access.

The property is in a gated community but we felt safe walking around the area. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very nice stay in Portocolom

We stayed there with our kids and grandchild, totaly 7 persons. The house was very nice, it was as good as it looks on the site, almost Better. It was very nice to have three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Everything you need is and outside the house. The housemanager is a very nice man and the complex is fantastic. The supermarket next door was very convenient. There are also a lot of good restaurants nearby. It's a nice town. We had a car, so we visite other nice places, Palma, Cala d'Or, Cala Figuera, and there beaches and cave Drago, bear Porto Cristo, which was very beautiful. We will certainly recommand this house.

We initially booked for one week and ended up staying for 2 weeks after my son caught chickenpox. The house is lovely, clean and functional and the setting is peaceful. The pool is lovely (if a little cold in May) but it didnt put the children off at all! Carlos was so helpful wwhen we were unable to fly home and helped us. The medical centre in portocolom is also very good as is tge dentist which my husband also had to visit. The house is a short walk from the supermarkets, the harbour and many restuarants. We couldn!t fault it as a location or as a great family house to rent. We will return I hope very soon! Michelle

Amazing house in the village!

We always go to Portolom in summer at least for some weeks; it is an authentic and not yet very exploded Majorcan village. Last summer we were very lucky we could spend two weeks in this amazing property with our two little kids and our assistant. Carlos it is a great owner and Mohamed it is an incredible host. From far this was our best experience renting a house in Majorca. Unfortunately the other times we rented a house in Majorca we ended very disappointed with the properties once you get there and you see the reality, but this place is even better that it looks like in the pictures. It is a big house into a new complex in the center of the village where you can walk easily to everywhere you need. (supermarkets, harbour, restaurants, fish shop…..) The house it is very spacious, lightly, clean, and well equipped with all you need. A plus is that you have parking with direct access to the house which made movements much more easy, specially dealing with two little kids. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the garden and the swimming pool. The place it is very quite and you don´t listen any noise or disturbance at any time. The house has a private garden which gives you lots of privacy and you can even eat outside. We have rented again three weeks next summer and will rent again and again!

Amazing Town House, Perfect Location, Paradise!

This amazing town house in Porto Colom is the perfect place for a holiday. My family and I spent a week there and we did not want to leave. The decoration and quality of this stunning house is second to none every little detail has been thought of. The complex is simply stunning and perfectly maintaned with beautifull mediterranean landscaped gardens, fountains with fish, an enormous pool and a smaller natural one. There is even an old mallorcan sailing boat that my children loved playing pirates in! The town house was simply ideal, it is very spacious and bright with lots of sun, the living room connects directly with the private garden and terrace which has a barbecue and external dining under a lovely porche covered with bouganbilia and jazmin. There is also plenty of comfortable external seating and sun loungers. Every bedroom has it’s own luxurious bathroom, one has a large window with views to the fountains the second a balcony with amazing views to the pools and the main bedroom has a private terrace plus it’s own roof terrace from which we star gazed. The kitchen is ultra modern and really well equipped.

Driving staight into the private garage under the house is just so comfortable.

We found everything we needed right next to the project, pharmacy, two supermarkets, cafes, bars. A 5 minute stroll away is the port and sea front with really good restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and bars all set in a laid back and romantic old fishing port world atmosphere.

We also enjoyed the beach which was close by and really clean.

The villa manager and the owner were really friendly and made our stay totally carefree.

We are already planning on coming back next year.

entspannter Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung

Wir hatten das Townhouse f?r fast zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Es ist innerhalb der Anlage perfekt gelegen. Es ist ein Eckhaus und daher mit etwas mehr Garten als die ?brigen H?user. Eine sch?ne Terrasse mit Grillplatz und integriertem Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, im unteren Bereich befindet sich eine offene K?che und der Wohnbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Garten. Ebenso ist ein WC im Erdgeschoss vorhanden. Im ersten OG sind zwei sch?ne Schlafzimmer jeweils mit integrierten B?dern und ausreichend gro?en Schr?nken ;-), die Betten sind Einzelbetten, daher eher als Kinderzimmer geeignet. Im zweiten OG ist ein sehr sch?nes gro?es Schlafzimmer mit Bad/Dusche und sehr sch?nem Balkon, von welchem man ?ber eine Wendeltreppe auf eine Dachterrasse kommt. Dort kann man sich ungest?rt und ungesehen sonnen und der Ausblick von dort ist traumhaft. In jedem der 3 Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher mit ausreichend Programmen- auch in Deutsch. Die Kinder liebten die Poolanlage vor allem den kleineren Naturpool, man kann direkt vom kleinen Garten aus zum

Pool gehen. Die Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und sehr sch?n. Noch wissen sollte man, dass sich direkt unter der Wohnung eine dazu geh?rige Tiefgarage befindet, von welcher aus man direkten Zugang zum Wohnbereich hat. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Carlos war sehr angenehm, es lief alles reibungslos und perfekt ab. Der Weg zum Strand ist allerdings etwas weiter, daher ist ein Fahrzeug angebracht. Also wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub und mein kleiner Elias fragt sehr oft, ob wir nicht wieder ins sch?ne Mallorca fahren....
