Stunning 8-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 17 people, near Nai Harn beach with daily maid

Nestled in a secluded corner of the development, this elegant villa is home to those wishing for a spacious interior and a tranquil outdoor environment. The thoughtful configuration of this stunning residence is suitable for larger groups or families.

The lavish orange and gold colouring of this imposing 8 bedroom villa mix beautifully with its radiant outside area. The large sun terrace and landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun, surround the 10x5 m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi and seating. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing a second dining table for 8, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.

With great attention to detail, Sunstone Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and a huge leather sofa. This is complimented by Thai silks, ornaments and artwork throughout.

Accommodation comprises of 7 bedrooms (with an optional 8th bedroom), with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-size beds, 1 single bed, 1 set of single bunkbeds and 2 queen-sized beds. Therefore it comfortably accommodates 17 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Also upstairs is the newly added eighth bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 2 also has a king-sized four-poster bed, as well as built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and allow access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding doors enabling direct access to the swimming pool. Bedroom 4, also en-suite, has a king size bed and one single (3.5') bed with its own 42" TV and DVD player. Bedroom 5, with on set single bunk-beds (sleeping two people), and bedroom 6, with king-size bed, share a large bathroom and are conveniently located in a semi self-contained area of the main villa. The optional 7th bedroom contains a queen bed, again with en-suite bathroom, and is ideal for a maid or nanny.

The ground floor is specifically designed to offer a two bedroom semi self-contained area, if additional privacy is required. This area comprises of bedrooms 5, 6 & 7, and a spacious second living room, boasting another 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV, as well as a pool table.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player (plus selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, as well as a bluetooth music system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the valley views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

Sunstone Villa also offers wireless internet access, as well as an executive desk in the master bedroom and unlimited WIFI throughout the villa.

However, it also provides the opportunity for you to relax privately in unspoiled Phuket. Therefore, it is a great setting for a tranquil and romantic, or an adventurous and exciting retreat.

The villa has a daily maid and Thai, Western and BBQ meals, as well as breakfast can be prepared and served upon request, at an additional cost. Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The villa has individual, remote controlled air conditioning units in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans. Children of all ages are welcome and can provide experienced child minding services, baby travel cots and high chairs. A cook can be provided, who can also prepare basic children's meals if required, or prepare fabulous Thai meals for sharing. A driver and minivan can also be arranged for your party with knowledge of the island making getting around, parking and getting the most of your holiday much easier. A daily housekeeper and daytime cook (8:30am - 5pm) are included in rental cost, and other services are charged at extra charge. Outside: Outside there is a large sun terrace on two levels, with beautiful gardens, complete with several sun beds to soak up the sun. The tempting 11x6m infinity edged pool and integral Jacuzzi is adjacent to the sala, containing another dining table seating 8 and additional seating. A gas BBQ makes it ideal for entertaining or alfresco dining. A swimming pool safety fence can be erected to add security for families travelling with young children who are not water safe. The villa looks towards the jungle and hillside, with views down the valley from the balcony, offering total privacy and quiet seclusion, all only a couple of minutes from Nai Harn Beach. Utility Room: Separate utility room/maid's quarters with washing machine and dryer, maid's full sized single bed and en-suite bathroom. Daily housekeeper provide washing service, with a supply of washing powder, softener and all cleaning supplies. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and high quality white bed linen are provided and changed regularly. A generous supply of pool/beach towels is also provided and laundered regularly. An initial supply of bathroom toileteries is provided on arrival.

The villa is located within a 3-minute drive, or easy 15-20 minute walk, of Nai Harn beach (voted the BEST beach in Phuket for the last three years), located in the South of Phuket. Nai Harn beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It not only offers golden sands and azure water, but a selection of restaurants, bars and local shops. Nai Harn beach is a spectacular pristine beach and is a perfect place to unwind, whether it be having a massage or sipping a refreshing beverage in one of the many restaurants that overlook it. It is an ideal spot for surfing at the end of the dry season and offers a perfect secluded bay for mooring yachts. There is an extensive range of both Thai and international restaurants locally along with many beach and viewpoint bars. People flock from all over Phuket to enjoy sundowners at Promthep Cape, the southern most tip of the island, which you can reach in a 5-minute drive from the villa. Many sporting enthusiasts come from all over the world to train at the local Muay Thai camp. Lessons can be taken on a half-day basis.

At nearby villages, Rawai and Chalong, (which are a 5- and 10-minute drive away) you will find long tail and speedboats available, so you can visit any of the beautiful islands a short distance from Phuket. Phuket Island has a wide range of activities to keep guests of all ages entertained. Suggested activities locally include quad biking, golf, fishing trips, spa days, boat hire and horse riding. Additionally, activities such as seeing the elephants in their natural habitat at Phuket's Elephant Sanctuary and further distant boat and adventure trips can be arranged by our Tour Manager. Phuket is a beautiful destination to explore marine life and has many world-class dive sites. Diving excursions can be arranged through reputable dive companies, mainly located in Chalong. At nearby beaches situated across the Island, it is also possible to hire kayaks, take sailing lessons or go kite-surfing and parasailing. Excellent nightlife is not far away in the lively spots of Karon, Kata and Patong, which can all be reached in between 15 to 30 minutes. There are two major shopping malls in Phuket: Central festival is located in the centre of the island and Jungceylon in Patong. Both are large international shopping and entertainment centres with cinemas, restaurants, international and local shops.
