Royal Seacrest features a large lagoon style pool with rock creations and waterfalls. There is also a children’s pool, indoor gym and outdoor jacuzzis. From the apartment, you can easily reach the harbour and the town with a short walk or within minutes on the regular bus service. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the nearest beach is a short walk away. There are three golf courses only a short drive from the complex, with Coral Bay Beach, the best on this coast, just a bus ride away. For the more energetic the water park and go-carting is also a short drive/bus ride away.

We are private owners of two properties on the island of Cyprus. Our stunning Peyia Sunrise 3-bed villa for rent is situated in the peaceful village of Peyia just 5 minutes drive from the best beach on the island at Coral Bay and also only 10 minutes from Paphos, whilst our luxury 2-bed apartment for rent in Paphos is in the brand new Royal Seacrest complex set in the heart of the Tombs of The Kings area and is within easy walking distance of hosts of pubs, restaurants and clubs. Both properties offer every amenity you could imagine including private sun terraces, balconies, swimming pools, free to use air-conditioning throughout, washing machines, private car parking, welcome packs and much much more! "We stayed in the apartment and the property was fantastic. It is great for space and very comfortable and slept the 4 of us plus a 2yr old very well. All mod cons, very nicely decorated. The pool area is great also. Gr8 location, short walk down to pubs and restaurants and an ice-cream parlour, a favourite of my sons!
The surroundings of the apartment were nice also. The inlaws walked into Kato Paphos a few times, hitting a few bars on the way down I must add. We had dinner and take-away from some of the surrounding restaurants and further afield if you have transport. These were really good too."

Enjoy a peaceful fortnight at the beach - you got it! Want to tour around the island - you got it! Want a fortnight of fun & frolics - you got it! Historical education - how does 10000 years of it sound! You can even sit in, enoy a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the world go by! From driving on the left, to a great bus system, Paphos is easy to get around. Sold you yet? Well, did we mention it sunshines for 320 days of the year??”
Activity and Interests
The best beach on the island of Cyprus is a 15 minute drive or bus ride away. The apartment complex sits just off the main road which is a main bus route to Coral Bay beach. The tranquil yet vibrant harbour of Paphos is a 5 minute drive/bus ride or a relaxing 20 minutes walk.
There are no buses to and from the airport. A regular taxi to or from the airport from Paphos will cost between 40 and 50 euros but we can organise a much cheaper pick up if you require. Please contact us to arrange this for you. To get the best from the island we would recommend car hire although it is not essential for a stay in Royal Seacrest.

5 minutes walk to a multitude of pubs and restaurants including Pizza Hut and KFC.
10 minutes bus ride to the water park.
15 minutes bus ride to the best beach on the island.

“There are many properties available to rent in Cyprus and in particular the Paphos area. Whilst many seem cheaper or in as good a location, you should be very wary of what you are actually paying for and do not underestimate what is on offer in our apartment. Remember - location, location, location. Royal Seacrest is just about in the perfect spot. It is bettered by none! Also, watch out for any extra costs you may have. Many properties will charge for air conditioning for example. Or parking. Or linen use. Or hairdryers. Or iron. Or fridge! The list goes on. Our prices include all of the above. we will even make availble golf clubs if you ask! Even within the Roya Sea Crest complex, there are 2 bedroom apartments that don't have rooms as large as ours. Or ensuite shower!!”

- Notes on accommodation: Please note that air-conditioning is fully free to use as is the private car parking space. Golf clubs can be provided with prior notice. Outside: There are two large pools, both with jacuzzis and a good sized kiddies pool. Loungers are free to use. Manicured garden areas abound. Kids play area is free to use. Private balcony has patio furniture as expected and there are loungers in the apartment to take up to the private sun terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are supplied (although we would recommend bringing your own beach towels if required). Apartment will be cleaned before and after your arrival. Other: All rooms are fully air-conditioned which is free to use.
