Ideal situation to catch the all year round sun. Furnished to a high standard with ample garden furniture BQ, set out in a very private garden/patio. two 2 seater settees facing fireplace . double bedroom/en suite. and twin bedroom adjoining main bathroom. (Large shared swimming pool on same level as bungalow). Roof Solarium with uninterrupted views across the valley.On the lower level outside is a garden terrace for alfresco eating and relaxing in the sun. Delicatessen (10min walk) cafe or buy freshly baked bread daily. Restaurants and supermakets close by. If wifi is required there is an extra charge of £15.00 per week . There is street parking lose by to the villa.

About Denise Wakefield

My husband and I live and work in England. We originally bought our property for long stays during retirement, but 6 grandchildren later the desire to be in England at the moment is much stronger. Hence we are happy to let our 'pride and joy' Spanish home.

Why Denise Wakefield chose Paichi

It was our first visit to this area and immediately we fell in love with Moraira. We had once read in The Times that Moraira was the Jewel in the Crown of the Costa Blanca never a truer word spoken. Totally unspoilt, beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants healthiest climate in Europe what more could we want.

What makes this bungalow unique

It was the location of the bungalow that first drew us to purchase in Moraira magnificent views, quite area, convenient (very short drive or walking distance to shops, beaches restaurants). The perfect place to recharge your batteries or spend a memorable family holiday. Fun by the pool or romantic setting having a quite glass of wine watching the sun set. In a word 'Seventh Heaven'.

Marian & I spend an enjoyable (Feb & March 2012) we felt very much at home, lovely views of surrounding countryside, and only a short drive to the beach, we were very comfortable. After a chilly start in Feb. soon we were able to use the plentiful outdoor furniture, looking forward to visiting again and using the swimming pool. Bob.

There is a folder in the villa giving local information, to help you decide on trips and sightseeing. Outside: Well maintained swimming pool set in beautiful gardens restricted to a handful of private villas, quite often you will find the pool to yourself (20 second walk from villa). Utility Room: Utility/storage, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing basket pegs. Two electric radiators for cooler months. A selection of buckets, spades for children's use, kindly left by previous guests. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Welcome pack on arrival. includes all services (electricity and water) cleaning and laundry. Towels 1 bath 1 hand per guest(not beach towels) included. Professionally cleaned and managed for arrival and on departure. Other: Large secluded private patio leading down from naya with ample garden furniture. Extra dining table at front patio. Large Roof sun terrace.

Lovely ambience and feels very private

After two weeks in last Autumn we didn't want to come home. Villa was spotless and Ideally placed for the pool where we saw no one else so was just like having a private pool.I have no hesitation in recommending.

The house "with a view"

The negative with this house is the accessibility - lots of steps to the car parking area - the bonus is of course the spectacular view from the front veranda.

This is the third time we have spent a holiday at this villa and as always the owners do go the extra mile to make everything as perfect as possible. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds very well equipped , lovely area. What more can I say!!! We shall be back. Thank you Denise

A fabulous, relaxing retreat.

We had a fantastic time staying in the villa at the end of the summer. The villa was immaculate and very well equipped. There are so many terraces and places to sit, you can either follow the sun round or stay in the shade. The naya has amazing views and is certainly the place to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine. We also loved the private garden, ideal for al fresco dining. Denise did everything to make sure we had a lovely break and we particularly appreciated the goodies in the fridge. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful Holiday

This is the second time that I have rented the villa. Once again the villa was very clean on arrival and had a few basics (milk & bread) supplied. This was very thoughtful. The location of the villa is wonderful. It is very close to Moraira town (5 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes on foot). It is homely and is definitely a "home from home". Importantly, it has the sun virtually all day either at the back, front or top of the villa. The view from the balcony area accessed from the lounge is stunning and is a great place to enjoy a meal and generally chill out and watch the sun go down. The only criticism I have is that the bathrooms are a little dated. However, I believe that these are due to be upgraded in the near future. With these impending improvements this villa is nigh on perfect and certainly one that I would rent again.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

We had a fabulous week's holiday in this lovely villa, the views from the terrace are gorgeous especially at sunset and it is well place to jump in the car and go sightseeing. The villa is clean, comfortable, has everything your need (including English TV!) and the outside space is beautiful and gets the sun for most of the day.

The swimming pool is also lovely, with the same great view and we had to to ourselves most of the time.

Moraira is a lovely little seaside town with good restaurants and a child friendly beach. Perfect for couples wanting a quieter holiday or family holidays with small children.

We highly recommend booking this villa and will definitely be going back soon.

Moaira has 3 blue flag safe sandy beaches suitable for children all within a 5 minute drive. It is possible to walk to Moraira beach within 20 - 25 minutes.The town is truly child friendly,specially designed parks are situated throughout the town along with mini golf and fun fairs.


Alicante Airport approx 1 hour's drive. Valencia Airport approximately 1 hour's drive.


Javea, Caple, Altea, Benidorm are all within easy reach by car.

Further Details:

The house is a two minute walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and close to supermarkets. It is also in an ideal situation to catch the all year round sun. Naya/balcony with panoramic views and magnificent sunsets. The main bathroom has been re fitted this spring 2015 and wi fi added.
