About The Owner

We bought the property in Abersoch about 13 years ears ago after many years of visiting the area and staying with friends/camping etc and eventually decided to buy our own place.

We have completely modernised the bungalow, making it very easy to maintain but in a style that is both welcoming and practical. We come down to Abersoch for week ends and longer breaks and just love the area, the beaches, the walks and the village of Abersoch is a delight.

The Owner purchased this bungalow in 2003

Notes on accommodation: Heating by modern electric wall heaters (not storage heaters). Hot water for washing/bathing by immersion heater, modern electric showers in bathrooms. Outside: Front secluded terrace with large permanent BBQ complete with outdoor tables and chairs for 6 people. Good position for afternoon/evening sun. Small rear terrace with small table for morning sun/breakfast. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning Service carried out prior to arrival. Beds will be made up ready for use with fresh cotton Sheets, Duvet covers and pillow cases. (Towels not included) Other: wide selection of books, local guides, games etc. Travel cot and High Chair available if requested prior to holiday.
