The apartment offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, well furnished kitchen. Fully secured, new and well maintained complex, ideal for relaxation and fun with family and friends.

The property is managed by professional cleaning service company. Once in a week cleaning and laundry changeover is included in price. Additional cleaning / laundry service can be organised on cash payment to the service provider.

About the Owner

We are regular visitors to Goa as it is our favourite holiday destination. We have furnished this apartment to good standard to facilitate our stay. We would like to rent it out only for some part of the year to recover the ongoing costs of maintenance. We would like to rent out to only good families and couples, who handle the property and contents well, as they would handle their own and leave it in clean condition as it was handed over to them.

Regal Park

This apartment is in a great location. It is well equipped with everything on hand to meet our needs. Regal Park and surrounding gardens are extremely well kept to a very high standard. The swimming pools are immacualte and cleaned often throughout the day. Girish was very helpful and nothing was too much bother for him. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful holiday. I hope to return again same time next season.

Great location, lovely place & facilities, clean

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for us with a young child. All facilities were clean and they were well provided throughout. Location was great with short walk or easy taxi drive to beach, shops, restaurants and so on. The owners were really helpful and we felt very at home. Other residents were very nice and pleasant. The local people are amazing. Great place we will definitely return. Thanks

quiet oasis of calm

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Goa. We love the complex with the choice of pools and the beautiful well kept gardens. The apartments are in an excellent location for either the beach or eating out, which is plentiful. Good to have the extra bathroom as we travelled with friends. The property manager was really helpful and organised our airport pick up, which went very smoothly

VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT

LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAS 2 BATHROOMS, VERY SPACIOUS, HAVE STAYED IN THE APARTMENT MANY TIMES , NOT HAD ANY REAL ISSUES BUT IF THINGS DO GO WRONG THEY ARE ALWAYS SORTED. THE OWNER IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, PROMT REPLY TO EMAILS WHICH I LIKE.

WOULD LIKE WI FI THOUGH. ALWAYS TRY AND STAY IN THIS APARTMENT IF AVAILABLE

Regal Park apartment

The apartment is in a lovely location, within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. The complex itself is very well maintained with 24/7 security.

We have stayed here many times.

The only downside is no wifi.

Goa is one of the best holiday destinations in the world offering world class family tourism. The beaches are very clean, safe and people of Goa are very friendly, good natured and offer warm hospitality to people from all cultures and backgrounds.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Less than 10 minutes walk to Candolim's clean, white and sandy beach, which has a large selection of beach shacks offering excellent value for money food and drinks. Water sports, fishing and boat trips are available nearby.

Travel:

Approx 35km from Dabolim airport. Prepaid Airport taxis are available and are cheap to hire. We can also arrange taxi services for you.

Nearest train station is Thivim, approximately 12 km away. This connect to Mumbai (approx 600 km to north) and also to Kerala in southern India.

Distances:

Calangute beach and Sinquerim beach are 5-10 minutes by road. Baga beach and Arpora about 15-20 minutes by road. Panjim the capital of Goa about 25-30 minutes by road.

Further Details:

Goa is a fantastic family destination and caters to the tastes of all young and old. One can take trips to see the wildlife including crocodiles, monkeys, elephants and tigers, boat trips to get close to the dolphins and for fishing trips. You can visit the spice plantations and waterfalls.

There are number of restaurants in Candolim and surrounding areas, serving a wide variety of cuisine, with high quality at unbelievably low prices.

  • Notes on accommodation: All the furniture has been made out of teak wood and has been finished to good standards for owners' personal use. The mattresses are also of the best quality for maximum comfort and long life. Most of our guests are select repeat guests and we do our best to provide personal service & good value. Outside: The development sits in lush green and beautifully maintained gardens. The gate is manned 24 x 7 by security guards, ensuring the complex facilities are used by the apartment occupants only. The site has a number of gardeners and pool attendants who maintain the highest level of standards. There are three pools, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for communal use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided for 4 people. Weekly cleaning and bed linen / towel laundry services by a professional company are included in the price. Please note that beach/pool towels are not provided and guests to bring and use their own towels. Other: There is iron, iron board, a clothes drying hanger in the apartment. The major balcony facing swimming pools has four chairs and a coffee table. All windows have mosquito nets fitted and ther a 24 hours power back for lights, fans and one charger point.
