The apartment beautifully light and airy, running the whole length of the block & offers spacious accommodation for up to 3 people, Only 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The charming village of Arroyo is only 10 minutes walk away and here you'll find all types of shops, bars and restaurants as well as Tivoli World theme park, great Friday market and beautiful Paloma Park. A large choice of activities including golf, water sports, aqua parks are within short driving distance. Below the urbanisation there is a good choice of local bars and restaurants and a mini-supermarket is nearby.

I have been living in Benalmádena Costa since 2007 having moved over from Bishop's Stortford in Hertfordshire to be more 'hands-on' with the apartments that I manage. I look after a handful of properties on the Costa del I have been working for over 30 years as a stage actor in the West End and on tour, mostly in musicals such as Les Misérables, Cats, Evita, Chess, The Rocky Horror Show.

Lovely month in a wonderful apartment

My wife and I have always stayed in hotels for a week or two but this year we wanted to try something different and stay in an apartment for a month. We were a little apprehensive in case the apartment wasn't, up to scratch as you can change a hotel room if there is a problem but an apartment is a different matter.However any fears were dispelled after we had been there for just a few hours, it already felt like home.Nic met us on arrival and showed us how to use the tv, appliances etc.

It's a beautifully maintained apartment in a perfect and quiet location, 10 minutes walk in one direction to the beach and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Arroyo, a great little town with lots of restaurants and shops and of course the beautiful Paloma Park.

As we were there for so long there were a good few nights in so the multi channel tv and free Wi-Fi were a godsend.

The pools in each block are lovely and clean ( and not to cold) and the general ambience is very quiet and relaxing.

Nic and Tom were a delight and clearly love their old apartment which is so well maintained.

Only one rainy day out of 28 but the apartment was so great we were happy to spend the day "at home".

I think you would be hard pressed to find a better apartment and location for twice the nightly rate we paid for this place, really great value.

We never usually feel sad about going home from a great holiday but I must admit I could hardly swallow when we left the apartment for the last time, so choked up. We would have stayed for another month in a heartbeat.

Myramar Oasis fabulous apartment

Always passed comment on these lovely apartments while visiting Benalmadena, so decided to give them a try. After looking through lots of apartments on the websites we came across Nic and Toms fantastic spotless apartment. The process of booking, paying, through to meet and greet was, and still is, faultless. The apartment itself is as it says, very light and airy, just perfect. Thanks Nic and Tom for providing us with all the info and help we needed, and just making our holiday perfect.

Excellent location, lovely apartment

The apartment is well maintained, spotlessly clean and has all the equipment you could ever need including a fully kitted out kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer .

Tom met us at the apartment and spent time explaining all the facilities including the TV which has all the main UK channels via the internet. There is also free WiFi which worked really well.

The balcony is lovely and can be enclosed by the windows or left open. There is sun on the balcony from late afternoon so a nice place to relax before an evening out.

The location is ideal. 10 minutes walk down to the marina and beach or 10 minutes walk into the local town Arroyo de la Miel. Lovely restaurants and squares in the town plus the railway station which runs from Malaga to Fuengirola. Tivoli world and the cable car are also within easy walking distance.

An excellent location to tour Costa Del Sol or just relax in the sun. Highly recommended

Excellent from very angle.

A great Apartment in a very good location. Nic and Tom were there for you if you needed anything. I was met by Tom on time, and everything in the apartment worked as it should have done, plus the Apartment was very nicely appointed. I had a great stay, there whole thing met my needs in every way, and I very much hope to return at some time in the future.

Great apartment, great location, highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. They are very clean, spacious & close to all amenities. Shops, bars & restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Would not hesitate to book again. The owners could not be more helpful.

Fisher

We were so taken with the apartment that we wanted to book for the same time in 2016, but sadly we were too late. This place has everything, apart from a dishwasher, not that you need one, as the restaurants are so close. The walk to the beachfront was so easy and the park amazing, no need for a car. We only drove once in the two week stay. We loved the local buses to Mijas, a favourite or ours and the walks on the seafront. Superb. We shall return. Thank you Tom and Nic for an experience we shall not forget.

Location

From the Owner

This is the 1st property I ever bought in Spain in 2002 as the family holiday home. It's where we moved to in October 2007 and where we have been living for the last couple of years until moving in February 2010 further up the hill in Arroyo. Obviously, we love this apartment, as it has been our holiday escape and then our home. Myramar Oasis is a community in itself, very residential, very friendly and with the majority of apartments occupied all year round by owners - Spanish, British, Scandinavian. It's in the perfect location, being walkable to everything, but also quiet enough to not feel in the heart of the holiday madness and noise. It has great bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a couple of mini-supermarkets in spitting distance.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 15 Kilometres Nearest Train : Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Banalmadena at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The closest beach in Benalmadena is only 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. All the beaches of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are clean, safe and well kept. Toilet facilities and choice of water sports available. Sunbeds can be hired and there is a wide range of 'chiringuitos' (beachside restaurants serving all types of fish and seafood).

Travel:

Malaga airport is 10-15 mins drive away, about 30 euros in a taxi. Car is not necessary as all facilities are within walking distance. Airport transfers can be organised upon request.

Distances:

The town of Arroyo de la Miel is only a few mins' walk away with a good array of shops, bars and restaurants. Benalmadena Pueblo is a short drive or bus journey, a typical Andalucian white-washed village. Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only a few stops on the train. Benalmadena / Arroyo train station is 10 mins walk with connections to Malaga town centre and the airport. Orgainsed coach trips to Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Mijas, Ronda, etc, etc pick up at various points on the coast.

Further Details:

Benalmadena Costa has excellent bars, night clubs, cabaret and dancing venues. There are bars hosting nightly quizzes, karaoke and bingo. Many bars have large screen TVs and show all the main sporting events. Bonanza Square with its lively atmosphere has loads of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the Puerto Marina which is about 15 mins walk away you will find a great choice of restaurants, bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes. Tivoli World in Arroyo de La Miel is a Spanish theme park with rides, Flamenco dancing and evening concerts. From here you can take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views all the way down to the Rock of Gibraltar.

Paloma Park is within walking distance and is beautiful to stroll around. There is a large lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife there - cockerels, chickens, rabbits, peacocks to name but a few of creatures that share the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily. There are two excellent water parks nearby in Torremolinos and Fuengirola (Mijas Costa) which are easy to get to and a fun day out for all the family. On the beach there are many water sports that you can take part in, including speed-bikes, pedalos and paragliding. Fishing trips are available from the Marina and the Port at Fuengirola and there are also daily boat trips from the marina.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Normal arrival time is 2pm; departure time 11 am. We are also very flexible on this too depending on next arrivals. We can look after any luggage before you need to go back to the airport.

£5 per person linen charge will be charged. Discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more (not July or August).
